Two windows located to the calm backyard allow the morning sun to wake you up in your 180cm bed. The big room is further equipped with a spacious desk, a cupboard and a hanger pole.
In case you're a dancer or just love posing or checking your outfit, there's a lovely big mirror in the room, too ;)
S+U Hermannstraße is 6 min. walking distance. U Grenzallee is 12 min. walking distance.
You're outside the ring, so the area is calm with the Emmaus forest, basketball court, beach volleyball field, table tennis spaces etc. just outside your door. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets - everything within walkable reach. Extra plus is the short distance to the Tempelhofer Feld!
My roommate and I have a family-like relationship and spend a lot of quality time in the shared kitchen and living room with a quite open door policy. However, we also respect if someone wants to spend time alone in the room or non-talking.
We have a weekly cleaning plan.
My roommate is a musician and has his work space in the living room. On Mondays, he teaches all day so that the living room/ kitchen should be used only quietly.
THE ROOM COSTS 25€/NIGHT- the rent is calculated according to the rental period.
It's not possible to do the Anmeldung here.
Btw, we have a bike parking in the sunny and beautiful backyard :)
