Hallo,
da ich für zwei Monate verreise (April und Mai) möchte ich meine zwei Zimmer (eins ist ein Durchgangszimmer) untervermieten.
Meiner Mitbewohnerin und mir ist es egal, ob es eine Person (520€) gibt oder ob es sich zwei Personen (je 300€), die sich am besten gerne mögen, teilen. Es gibt zwei Betten, in jedem Zimmer eins.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung, die auf zwei Ebenen verteilst ist. Meine beiden Zimmer sind in der oberen Etage, wie auch mein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschbecken.
Unten ist Eileens großes Zimmer, ihr Badezimmer, (was aber natürlich mit genutzt werden kann zum duschen, baden, waschen, Toilette benutzen) und die gemeinsame gemütliche Wohnküche.

Hello,
since I'm traveling for two months (April and May) I would like to rent my two rooms (one is a walk-through room).
My roommate and I don't care whether there is one person (€520) or two people (€300 each) share the rooms. But its best if the two of you are close. There are two beds, one in each room.
Our apartment is an attic apartment that is spread over two levels. My two rooms are on the upper floor, as is my small bathroom with toilet and sink.
Downstairs is Eileen's large room, her bathroom (which can of course be used for showering, bathing, washing and using the toilet) and the shared, cozy kitchen/living room.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen (außer wenn ein Spiel ist, die RedBull- Arena ist direkt nebenan) Waldstraßenviertel. Der Wald und eine Wiese/Park sind in wenigen Geh Minuten erreicht. Es gibt zwei Konsum in unmittelbarer Nähe, Netto und Aldi sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the quiet Waldstraße district (except when there is a game, the RedBull Arena is right next door). The forest and a meadow/park can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There are two stores (Konsum) very close, Netto and Aldi can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.

Eileen (32) wünscht sich im kurzen zusammen wohnen (gender)queere awareness, Kontakt auf Augenhöhe und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme. Sie ist unter der Woche Arbeits bedingt unterwegs (sie macht eine Weiterbildung in Deutsch als Fremdsprache), hält sich aber sonst gerne in der Wohnküche auf für einen gemeinsamen Talk oder Abendessen. Es ist ein sehr freundliches und wohlwollendes Wg-Leben bei uns.
Eileen spricht Englisch, aber nicht fließend.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich das Essen mit Eileen zu teilen, wenn es Ernährungstechnisch (vegan/vegetarisch) passt. Wenn alle für sich Essen haben ist das aber auch total ok.
Rauchen ist nur auf dem "Balkon" erlaubt.
Wenn du ein Haustier mitbringst, freut sich Eileen (aber gegen Katzen ist sie leider allergisch).

Eileen (32) appreciates if you have (gender) queer awareness and she likes to have contact at eye level. She is working during the week (she is doing further training in German as a foreign language), but otherwise likes to hang out in the kitchen for a chat or dinner. It's a very friendly and benevolent shared life with us.
Eileen speaks English, but not fluently. She really like to improve it. So she would be happy about the chance to talk english with you.
There is the option to share the food with Eileen if it is nutritionally suitable (vegan/vegetarian). If everyone has food for themselves, that's totally ok, too.
Smoking is only allowed on the "balcony".
If you bring a pet with you, Eileen is happy (but unfortunately no cats, she is allergic to them).
Ich wünsche mir einen respektvollen Umgang mit meinen Sachen. Es kann immer mal was kaputt gehen, nur bitte Bescheid geben. Wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung, die für uns alle passt. :)
