In unserem frisch sanierten Altbau ist für September im 3. OG ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 15m^2 goß und hat eine Klatmiete von 390€, dazu kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von 80 €, in denen Internet mit inbegriffen ist. Die Zimmer liegen unterm Dach im 3. Stock und sind bestens isoliert. Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme über eine Zentralheizung. Der meiste Strom wird direkt in der Solaranlage auf dem Dach produziert. An den Fenstern gibt es ein integrierten Sonnenschutz .
Das Zimmer gehört zu zwei Flurgemeinschaften mit insgesamt 18 Zimmern, die sich jeweils zu neunt eine Küche und je 3 Bäder teilen. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum (34,5 m²), den sich alle Bewohnenden der Flurgemeinschaften (18 Pers., 2. und 3. OG, ) teilen. . Im angrenzenden Neubau befindet sich eine Waschlounge, in der Waschmaschinen und Trockner für je 1€ pro Wasch-/Trocknergang genutzt werden können. Zusätzlich dazu stehen euch auch die gemeinschaftlichen Außenflächen und der Garten des gesamten CA zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung.
Aufgrund der Größe mancher Zimmer ist es möglich, dort auch zu zweit zu wohnen. Gerne könnt ihr euch also zu zweit auf ein Zimmer bewerben. Die Kaltmiete bleibt dabei gleich und die Nebenkosten verdoppeln sich.

A room is available for September on the 3rd floor of our newly renovated old building. The room is 15m^2 and has a flat rent of 390€, plus additional costs of 80€, which includes internet. The rooms are under the roof on the 3rd floor and are well insulated. Heating is provided by district heating via a central heating system. Most of the electricity is produced directly in the solar system on the roof. There is integrated sun protection on the windows.
The room is part of two corridor communities with a total of 18 rooms, nine of which share a kitchen and 3 bathrooms each. There is also a communal room (34.5 m²), which is shared by all residents of the corridor communities (18 people, 2nd and 3rd floors). . In the neighbouring new building there is a laundry lounge where washing machines and dryers can be used for €1 per wash/dry cycle. Die Wohnung liegt in Laufnähe (4min) zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Ortenauer Straße, wo die Linie 23 und 24 halten. Des Weiteren befinden sich zwei Supermärkte in direkter Laufnähe und weitere im 10min Fahrradradius. Am Stadtteilzentrum Rohrbach Markt befinden sich Arztpraxen, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Apotheken, Physiotherapie und weiteres.
Ihr solltet Lust auf eine bunte Hausgemeinschaft haben und damit rechnen, dass es mit dem im Altbau angesiedelten Orientierungsjahr zu einem jährlichen Wechsel der jungen Bewohner*innenschaft kommen wird. Aufgrund unserer Lage auf dem Konversionsgelände US-Hospital wird in den nächsten Jahren um uns herum häufig Baustelle sein, mit den damit einhergehenden Geräuschen. Außerdem befindet sich in unserem Neubau nebenan eine große Aula, die regelmäßig für Veranstaltungen (auch Partys und andere Abendveranstaltungen) genutzt wird.

The flat is within walking distance (4min) of the Ortenauer Straße tram station, where lines 23 and 24 stop. Furthermore, there are two supermarkets within walking distance and others within a 10-minute cycling radius. The Rohrbach Markt district centre has doctors' offices, a bakery, several pharmacies, physiotherapy and more.
You should be interested in a colourful house community and expect that there will be an annual change of young residents due to the orientation year in the old building. Due to our location on the conversion site of the US Hospital, there will often be construction sites around us in the next few years, with the accompanying noise. In addition, there is a large auditorium in our new building next door, which is regularly used for events (including parties and other evening events).

Du hast Lust mal in Selbstverwaltung zu schnuppern? Auf nachhaltiges und ökologisches Wohnen in der Gemeinschaft?
Dann bist du bei uns, dem CA (Collegium Academicum), genau richtig. Wir sind ein ökologisches und selbstverwaltetes Wohnprojekt und suchen für eine begrenzte Zeit Bewohner*innen für unseren frisch renovierten Altbau.
Unser Altbau vereint eine Vielzahl an Wohnkonzepten. Damit wollen wir verschiedene Lebenswelten zusammenbringen und noch mehr Menschen Teilhabe am gemeinschaftlichen, selbstverwalteten Wohnen ermöglichen. Durch ein Orientierungsjahr (50 junge Menschen), sozialen Wohnungsbau (sechs Wohnungen), eine 2-Zi.-Wohnung und 6-Zi-Whg wird der Altbau bald mit Leben gefüllt. Doch da das Orientierungsjahr erst im Oktober richtig startet haben wir bis dahin 18 Zimmer frei, die wir so lange gerne an motivierte Menschen vermieten wollen.
Wenn du also Lust hast Selbstverwaltung mal kennen zu lernen. Nur ein halbes Jahr in Heidelberg bist oder einfach dringend eine Wohnung brauchst. Bist du bei uns genau richtig.
