Die frisch renovierte Wohnung ist ca. 120 m² groß und hat 4 Schlafzimmer. Dann gibt es zwei Flure, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer die neu eingebaute Küche mit Spül und Waschmaschine und eine Loggia. Es gibt eine einzelne Toilette, eine Badewanne mit Toilette und eine separate Dusche. Das Zimmer ist 11 Quadratmeter groß und möbeliert und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon und eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Da in das Zimmer nur ein großer Schrank passt, kann man auch viel seiner Sachen in die Abstellkammer stellen. Das Haus gehört der VBW, also einem Unternehmen mehrheitlich in Staatshand.
The newly renovated apartment is approximately 120 Sqm in size and offers a big living room and three bathrooms. Your bedroom would be 11 Sqm in size. As there fits only one big cupboard in the room you can use the store room for a lot of your stuff. The entire complex is majority owned by a state subsidiary.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Hustadt, ein sehr beliebtes Viertel direkt neben der Hochschule und der Ruhr Uni. Es gibt einen Aufzug und in dem Haus leben 12 Parteien, wobei wir viele Nachbarn kennen und hier schon seit Jahren gerne zusammen leben. Da sich die Wohnungen perfekt für WGs eignen, leben hier auch viele Studierende.
Die U35 Haltestellen Hustadt (TQ) und Lennershof sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, Bushaltestellen gibt es hier noch näher. Bis in die Innenstadt bzw. zum HBF braucht man 15 Minuten, nach Herne 30. Die U Bahn fährt alle drei bis sechs Minuten in die Stadt.
Zur Ruhr Uni oder Hochschule Bochum gibt es einen schönen Fahrradweg und man braucht mit nextbike oder Fahrrad, das man sicher vor dem Haus abstellen kann, höchstens fünf Minuten dafür. Im Haus gibt es außerdem eine Mobilitätstation mit Carsharing von Stadtmobil und die Möglichkeit ein E-Lastenrad auszuleihen, womit wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
The appartment is located in Hustadt Querenburg which is the district where most students live in Bochum. There is an elevator and there are 12 apartments in the house. We know most of our neighbors well and a lot of them live here since years. As the apartments features a perfect WG layout, there are a lot of other students living in the house as well.
The Metro Station Hustadt (TQ) ist just five minutes away and there are plenty of bus routes passing by and stopping at our house. The metro has a headway of 3 to 6 minutes and takes 15 minutes to Bochum main station and city center and 30 Minutes to Herne. If you commute to Hochschule Bochum or RUB you can take the nextbike (a local bike sharing system) or your own bicycle and reach there safely within five minutes. For bigger tours there is a station for electric cargo bikes (can be used without driving license) and a carsharing station operated by stadtmobil in the house.
In der WG leben Christian, Valentin, Aathira und Amir. Valentin studiert ab 26.08 bis 10.05. In Delhi in Indien. Die WG Sprache ist englisch.
Christian(26) studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der THGA und ich arbeite als Werkstudent bei der GNS in Essen. Ich bin ein ziemlich aktiver, aufgeschlossener Mensch, der gerne Sachen unternimmt. von Basketball über Fitness bis hin zu Ausflügen bin ich eigentlich für alles zu haben und bin da auch immer völlig offen für neue Sachen. Wenn ich nicht gerade mit Uni oder Arbeit beschäftigt bin, bin immer für eine netten Plausch zu haben.
Ansonsten genieße ich die Vielfalt in meinem Umfeld und mag es, wenn Leute sich selbst nicht zu ernst nehmen und dennoch einen gewissen eigenen Anspruch ans Leben und vor allem ans miteinander Leben besitzen.
Valentin (22) studiert Mathematik an der RUB. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Fußball und Geige im Orchester. Außerdem koche ich gerne und lade häufig Freunde in die WG ein.
Aathira (21) und studiert Physik an der RUB.
Amir (27) promoviert in Elektrotechnik an der RUB und geht in seiner Freizeit gern ins Gym.
An Wochenenden und Feiertagen essen wir zusammen und würden uns wünschen, dich auch dabei zu haben.
In the moment the apartment houses Christian, Valentin, Aathira and Amir. Valentin will be studying in Delhi, India from 26 August to 10 May next year. The WG language is English.

Die Kosten für Möbel und Zimmer setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
Miete Zimmer und Wohnung: 267 Euro
Gas, Strom, Wasser, sonstige Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ: 99 Euro
Abschreibung Bett: 49 Euro
Abschreibung sonstige Wohnungs- und Zimmereinrichtung: 46 Euro
Gesamt: 461 Euro
Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten. Weitere Sicherheiten sind nicht erforderlich. Der Mietvertrag kann zum Ende jedes Monats von dir gekündigt werden. Die Miete kann auch erst zum September oder Oktober begonnen werden, allerdings kann ich darauf keine Preisabschläge machen, lediglich die Nebenkosten für die nicht gemieteten Monate fallen weg.

No other assurances will be needed. You can cancel the rent at the end of a month. The rent can be also started from September or October, but we will only deduct Nebenkosten for the respecting months from your bill.
