Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 20 m^2 recht geräumig und befindet sich im ersten Stock des WG-Hauses. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist es außerdem in zwei Räume unterteilt und lässt sich dadurch sehr gut in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer/Arbeitszimmer oder wie auch immer du magst unterteilen. ;)
Zum WG-Haus gehört ein netter Garten mit Rasenfläche, in dem man im Sommer super draußen sitzen kann. Im Garten befindet sich auch eine kleine Gartenhütte und ein Fahrradschuppen. Die WG besitzt 2 Kühlschränke, eine Spülmaschiene und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche.

The room, with its 20 m^2, is quite spacious and located on the first floor of the shared house. As seen in the pictures, it is also divided into two sections, making it easy to use as a bedroom and a living room/office or however you prefer. ;)
The shared house comes with a lovely garden featuring a lawn area, perfect for sitting outside in the summer. In the garden, you'll find a small garden shed and a bicycle shed. The shared apartment has 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in einem Wohngebiet direkt am Ortseingang von Eltersdorf. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind recht schnell zu erreichen, zur nächsten Bushaltestelle braucht man ungefähr 1 min zu Fuß und zur nächsten S-Bahn Haltestelle sind es 12 min Fußweg. In die Innenstadt brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr 15 - 20 min und die Tech-Fak ist in ebenfalls in 15 - 20 min mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist der EDEKA in Eltersdorf den du zu Fuß in 10 min erreichst.

The shared apartment is located in a quiet area in a residential district right at the entrance of Eltersdorf. Public transportation is easily accessible; it takes about 1 minute on foot to reach the nearest bus stop, and the closest S-Bahn station is a 12-minute walk away. To reach the city center by bike takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes, and the Technical Faculty is also accessible in 15 - 20 minutes by bike. The nearest shopping option is the EDEKA in Eltersdorf, which you can reach on foot in 10 minutes.

Wir sind ein bund gemischter Haufen aus internationalen Studierenden, es ist also vollkommen egal ob du studierst, schon arbeitest oder eine Ausbildung machst. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und haben auch schon die ein oder andere WG-Party oder Grillfeier in unserem Garten gefeiert. Du kannst dich bei uns aber auch mal in deinem Zimmer zurück ziehen falls du deine Ruhe brauchst.

We are a diverse group of international students, so it doesn't matter if you're a student, already working, or undergoing vocational training. We're not a utilitarian flatshare and have already celebrated a few flat parties or barbecue gatherings in our garden. However, you can also retreat to your room if you need some peace and quiet.

Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Februar frei. Wenn du erst ab März einziehen kannst ist das auch Ok für mich.
