in Stuttgart Süd wird ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 qm groß und möbliert mit einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einem Tisch, zwei Sitzbänken und einem Bett.
Diese Möbel müssen laut dem Vermieter auch im Zimmer bleiben, gerne könnt ihr aber eure eigene Matratze und einige Möbel eigene mitbringen. Bei Interesse können kleine Möbelstücke gegen einen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Da es sich bei der Miete von 465 Euro um eine Pauschalmiete handelt sind bereits alle Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, Heizung, etc.) enthalten. Einzig die GEZ - die wir durch 3 teilen - kommt bei den Kosten noch obendrauf.
Highlights der Wohnung sind die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Kühl-/Gefrierkombi und die große Terasse, deren Zugang sich auf unserem Geschoss befindet. Da wir kein Wohnzimmer besitzen, verbringen wir sehr viel Zeit draußen und haben auch bereits einige Feste im Sommer veranstaltet.

A room is available in a shared flat for 3 people in Stuttgart South.
The room is approx. 11 square meters in size and furnished with a spacious closet, a table, two benches and a bed.
According to the landlord, this furniture must remain in the room, but you are welcome to bring your own mattress and small furniture. If you are interested, small pieces of furniture can be taken over from me for an additional charge.
As the rent of 465 euros is a flatrate rent, all costs (electricity, water, internet, heating, etc.) are already included. Only the GEZ - which we divide by 3 - is added to the costs.
Highlights of the apartment are the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer and the large terrace, which is accessed from our floor. As we don't have a living room, we spend a lot of time outside and have already hosted a few parties in the summer.
Die WG befindet sich in Stuttgart Süd, zwischen dem Bihlplatz und Südheimer Platz.
Die WG hat eine super Anbindung zu den ÖPNV, vom Bihlplatz fährt sehr regelmäßig die U1 und U14, sowie ein Nachtbus, mit denen ihr selbst ohne Auto gut von A nach B kommt.
In 15 Minuten seid ihr in der Innenstadt.
Zur Universität Stuttgart Vaihingen sind es ebenfalls nur 20 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Ärzte und Apotheken, DHL Paketshop, gibt es in der Nähe viele Optionen, ob in wenigen Gehminuten zum Netto und Aldi, oder am Marienplatz in Stuttgart findet ihr alles was ihr für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.

The shared flat has excellent public transport connections. The U1 and U14 underground lines run very regularly from Bihlplatz, as well as a night bus, which you can use to get from A to B without a car.
You can be in the city center in 15 minutes.
The University of Stuttgart Vaihingen is also only 20 minutes away.
Shopping facilities, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies, DHL parcel store, there are many options in the vicinity, whether in a few minutes walk to Netto and Aldi, or at Marienplatz in Stuttgart you will find everything you need for your daily needs.
Das WG leben ist harmonisch und unkompliziert. Deine zukünftigen WG Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten, sehr nett und umgänglich.
Das Bad und die Küche werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Auch befinden sich im Haus noch 2 weitere WG‘s. Für einen nettes Beisammensein oder gemeinsame Grillabende bietet die Terasse einen super Platz.
