Hallo, ich suche für einen Nachmieter für mein 19 qm großes Zimmer, nahe dem Werdersee. Das Zimmer besteht eigentlich aus zwei etwa gleich großen Räumen. Ich nutze das eine als Schlafzimmer, das andere als Wohn - und Arbeitszimmer. Die Miete beinhaltet einige Möbel. Darunter fällt das Bett ink. Matratze (140 x 200 cm) und ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Wenn gewünscht, kann auch der Schrank/Regal abgekauft werden.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Backofen. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my 19 square meter room near the Werdersee. The room actually consists of two rooms of about the same size. I use one as a bedroom and the other as a living room / work room. The rent includes some furniture. This covers the bed incl. mattress (140 x 200 cm) and a table with two chairs. If needed, the cabinet/shelf can also be bought.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. The bathroom is newly renovated and there is a washing machine in the basement.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 min zu erreichen (Straßenbahnlinie 4, Buslinie 26/27). Ein Rewe und ein Aldi befinden sich ebenfalls in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Falls benötigt, befinden sich einige Fahrradständer direkt hinter dem Haus. Zu Fuß kann man außerdem zu den Liegewiesen des Werdersees (4 min) und einigen Restaurants, Imbissen und Bars gelangen.
Public transportation can be reached on foot within 3 minutes (streetcar line 4, bus line 26/27). A Rewe and an Aldi (supermarkets) are also in the surrounding area. If needed, there are some bicycle stands directly behind the house. You can also walk to the Werdersee (4 min) and several restaurants, takeaways and bars.
Du würdest mit Anurag und Euriel zusammenleben. Beide sind Masterstudenten im Bereich Data Engineering. Euriel befindet sich noch voll im Studium, Anurag ist fast fertig und sucht momentan nach Jobangeboten. Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck-WG und normalerweise geht jeder alleine seinen alltäglichen Tätigkeiten nach. Ab und zu trifft man sich aber auch in der Küche, um zu quatschen oder etwas zu kochen. Einen Putzplan für die Küche und das Bad gibt es auch.
You would be living with Anurag and Euriel. Both are Master's students in the field of data engineering. Euriel is still studying, Anurag is almost finished and is currently looking for job offers. It's more of a functional shared flat and normally everyone goes about their daily activities on their own. From time to time, however, they meet in the kitchen to chat or cook something. There is also a cleaning schedule for the kitchen and bathroom.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten mit inbegriffen. Dazu zählen Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag. Bei Problem kann man sich an den Vermieter wenden, der freundlich ist und schnell antwortet.
Nach Absprache kann vom 01.03.24 bis zum 01.04.24 eingezogen werden.
All costs are included in the rent. These include electricity, water, heating, internet and the broadcasting fee. If you have any problems, you can contact the landlord, who is very friendly and responds quickly.
By agreement it is possible to move in from 03.03.24 to 10.03.24.
