- bequemes 1,40 x 2 m Bett; bei Bedarf mit Bettzeug
- großer Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl
- gemütliches Sofa mit Tischchen
- Bad mit Badewanne; schön heißes Wasser; bei Bedarf mit Handtüchern
- Flur mit geräumigen Schränken; inkl. Staubsauger & Putzzeug
- Waschmaschine + Trockenraum im Keller
- sonniger Balkon mit Holztisch + zwei Stühlen

Since I'll be abroad for a few weeks, I'm renting out my furnished, bright 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a sunny balcony in a central location for €650 warm (incl. fast internet) per month, starting from March (move-in between 1st and 7th of March) until mid-April (move-out between 15th and 20th of April). We can finalize the exact move-in and move-out dates. The apartment has everything you need for your stay:
- Kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, etc.
- Comfortable 1.40 x 2 m bed; bedding available if needed
- Large desk with office chair
- Cozy sofa with coffee table
- Bathroom with bathtub; nice hot water; towels available if needed
- Hallway with spacious closets; includes vacuum cleaner & cleaning supplies
- Washing machine + drying room in the basement
- Sunny balcony with wooden table + two chairs
- Storage room for bicycles & very good parking possibilities

Como estaré en el extranjero durante algunas semanas, estoy alquilando mi luminoso apartamento amueblado de 1 habitación en el segundo piso con balcón soleado en una ubicación céntrica por 650 € al mes (incluido internet rápido), desde marzo (entrada del 1 al 7 de marzo) hasta mediados de abril (salida del 15 al 20 de abril). Podemos acordar las fechas exactas de entrada y salida. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia:
- Cocina equipada con nevera, placa vitrocerámica, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, microondas, etc.
- Cama cómoda de 1,40 x 2 m; con ropa de cama si es necesario.
- Amplio escritorio con silla de oficina.
- Sofá acogedor con mesa auxiliar.
- Baño con bañera; agua caliente disponible; con toallas si es necesario.
- Pasillo con armarios espaciosos; incluye aspiradora y productos de limpieza.
- Lavadora + sala de secado en el sótano.
- Balcón soleado con mesa de madera y dos sillas.
- Trastero para bicicletas y muy buenas opciones de estacionamiento.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral (max. 5 Min. zu Fuß in die Altstadt). Die Straßenbahnstation "Schwabentorbrücke" der Linie 1 ist nur 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie eine Station des öffentliche Radsystems Frelo. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, z.B. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Rewe (bis 0.00 geöffnet), Bäckereien, Cafés. Restaurants und Dönerläden. Das Stadtviertel Wiehre ist sehr schön und in 10-15 Min. ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald auf Spazierwegen unterwegs.

The location is very central (max. 5 minutes walk to the old town). The tram station "Schwabentorbrücke" of line 1 is only 2 minutes walk away, as is a station of the public bike system Frelo. There are many shopping possibilities just around the corner, such as supermarkets like Aldi, Rewe (open until midnight), bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and kebab shops. The district of Wiehre is very beautiful, and within 10-15 minutes walk, you're already in the forest on walking paths.

La ubicación es muy céntrica (a máximo 5 minutos a pie del casco antiguo). La estación de tranvía "Schwabentorbrücke" de la línea 1 está a solo 2 minutos a pie, al igual que una estación del sistema público de bicicletas Frelo. Hay muchas tiendas cercanas, como supermercados como Aldi, Rewe (abierto hasta las 0:00), panaderías, cafeterías, restaurantes y locales de kebab. El barrio de Wiehre es muy bonito y en 10-15 minutos a pie ya estás en el bosque paseando por senderos.
