Hello dear WG searchers in Nuremberg,
as from the beginning of June a room is released, we, Leon (25), Jenni (25), Tobi (27) and Axel (26) are looking for a new roommate. Although the room does not score due to its wide range of possibilities to pursue any activities that require a lot of space, despite the size, it impresses with its cosy charm, which is caused not least by the wooden beams on the ceiling, which are found in the entire apartment. If you don't need space to build extensive Lego structures on the floor, you can easily get everything in the room you need. The one or other pieces of furniture can be taken over. Through the windows the room is also beautifully bright and also relatively quiet thanks to the location on the fifth floor. In addition, there is also the possibility - if you get the 13 square meters too cramped - to escape into the neighboring kitchen and the living room connected to it, where you could also meet the one or other roommates. Fortunately, the apartment has enough bathroom space, which is why you only share your bathroom with two other people
Hallo liebe WG-Suchende in Nürnberg,
da bei uns ab Anfang Juni ein Zimmer frei wird, suchen wir, Leon (25), Jenni (25), Tobi (27) und Axel (26) eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in. Das Zimmer punktet zwar nicht durch seine weitläufigen Möglichkeiten, dort irgendwelchen Tätigkeiten nachzugehen, die viel Platz erfordern, besticht jedoch trotz der Größe durch den gemütlichen Charme, der nicht zuletzt durch die Holzbalken an der Decke hervorgerufen wird, welche sich in der gesamten Wohnung wiederfinden. Wenn du nicht gerade Platz benötigst, um weitläufige Lego-Bauten auf dem Boden aufzubauen, bekommst du jedoch locker alles in das Zimmer herein, was du so benötigst. Es können die ein oder anderen Möbelstücke übernommen werden. Durch die Fenster ist das Zimmer auch schön hell und dank der Lage im fünften Stock auch relativ ruhig. Außerdem gibt es auch noch die Möglichkeit - sollten dir die 13 Quadratmeter doch mal zu beengend werden - in die benachbarte Küche und das daran angeschlossene Wohnzimmer zu entfliehen, wo du dann auch mal den ein oder andere Mitbewohner treffen könntest. Glücklicherweise verfügt die Wohnung über hinreichend Badezimmerraum, weshalb du dir dein Bad lediglich mit zwei anderen Personen teilst! :)
The situation could hardly be more perfect for Nuremberg. You are within a 10-minute walk in the city centre of Nuremberg, just a station or a 15-minute walk from the main railway station and have reached the stops "Wöhrder Wiese" or "Dürrenhof" within a 5--10-minute walk. The Georg-Simon-Ohm High School incl. Bib is directly opposite and the FAU is not far. There are also plenty of options for shopping within a 5--10-minute walk and you can also find a parking space for your car in the vicinity of the apartment. At the same time you also have the Wöhrder Wiese and the Wöhrder Lake right around the corner, where a lot is going on especially in summer. So if you like to live centrally, but don't want to miss out on any approach of nature, our WG is the perfect compromise
Die Lage könnte für Nürnberg kaum perfekter sein. Du bist innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten in der Nürnberger Innenstadt, bist lediglich eine Station oder 15 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und hast je die Haltstellen "Wöhrder Wiese" oder auch "Dürrenhof" innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten erreicht. Die Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule incl. Bib ist direkt gegenüber und auch die FAU ist nicht weit. Auch hinreichend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch ein Parkplatz für dein Auto findest du im Umfeld der Wohnung normalerweise problemlos. Gleichzeitig hast du aber auch die Wöhrder Wiese und den Wöhrder See direkt um die Ecke, wo besonders im Sommer einiges los ist. Du siehst also, wenn du gerne zentral lebst, aber nicht auf jeglichen Ansatz von Natur verzichten möchtest, ist unsere WG der perfekte Kompromiss! :)
After we have a lot to do, not much happens within the WG. We all understand each other well
Nachdem wir aktuell alle viel zu tun haben, passiert innerhalb der WG nicht viel. Wir verstehen uns aber alle gut! :)
Where we were with one of the next benefits of our apartment. The apartment has a new washing machine, a coffee machine and a large oven. In addition, our WG also has a dishwasher, which makes life a little easier. There is a courtyard where a bicycle can be completed.
And, of course, lastly, the absolute bonus of the apartment: through the fifth floor you have almost a daily workout included!
The rooms are available from 01.06.2025. We can discuss your exact arrival date individually.

Wo wir auch schon bei einem der nächsten Vorzüge unserer Wohnung wären. Die Wohnung verfügt sowohl über eine neue Waschmaschine, einen Kaffeevollautomaten als auch über einen großen Backofen. Außerdem verfügt unsere WG auch über eine Spülmaschine, was das Leben schon etwas vereinfacht. Es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem ein Fahrrad abgeschlossen werden kann.
Und natürlich zuletzt der absolute Bonus der Wohnung: durch den fünften Stock hast du quasi ein tägliches Workout inklusive! ;)
Die Zimmer sind ab 01.06.2025 beziehbar. Deinen genauen Einzugstermin können wir individuell absprechen.
