Hello there,
I am moving to a place on my own earlier than expected, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room during the last two weeks of March.
THE ROOM is equipped with a raised bed with a large storage capacity, a mattress, small shelves and a clothes storage unit. It's small but cosy and functional.
THE FLAT is a very nice Altbau flat located in the heart of Neukölln (intersection Sonnenallee / Pannierstr.). It has 4 bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, with supermarkets, bakeries, bars and nice restaurants less than 5 minutes' walk away. It's also very well connected by bus, with Hermannplatz just a few minutes away.
THE FLATMATES are very nice and friendly. We don't have proper WG 'routines' (everyone had their own schedules and rythmes), but we sometimes hang out together, or meet over spontaneous drinks or dinners at home from time to time.
