Zum 01.04. wird mein ehemaliges und vielleicht dein neues Zimmer frei :) Es ist hell, nicht riesig aber groß genug, dass für alles nötige Platz ist und hat aufgrund seiner Oberstadtlage eine echt coole Aussicht auf Marburg. Das Zimmer gehört zum Wohnheim Bettinahaus des Studentenwerks und ist möbliert. Bad, Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum werden geteilt, die Atmosphäre im Wohnheim ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Die Lage ist echt super, am Rande der Oberstadt ist man zentral gelegen und hat trotzdem kaum Lärm. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt, die Haltestelle Philippshaus mit allen wichtigen Linien 6 min. Außerdem ist man super schnell am Schlosspark, wo es sich sehr gug picknicken lässt :)

Das Wohnheim ist recht klein und familiär, man trifft hier immer jemanden für ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche oder zum gemeinsamen Chillen. Wenn man eher seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist das aber auch definitiv möglich :)

Da das Zimmer zum Studentenwerk gehört, musst du an der Uni eingeschrieben sein.
Die 248€ sind Warmmiete, es ist also alles inklusive :)
