Heyy! Mieter*in gesucht für ein Zimmer in einer 4er WG im Stadtzentrum. Wir sind freundlich und suchen einen sauberen und ordentlichen Menschen. Die Wohnung hat eine vollumfänglich ausgestattete Küche, 1.5 Badezimmer, einen schönen Balkon und eine Waschmaschine. Wir versuchen immer, es gemütlich zu machen. Als drei freundliche internationale Studentinnen hätten wir gerne bei uns jemanden, der gerne zusammen Zeit verbringt, als auch persönliche Grenzen respektiert.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to join our 4-bedroom WG in the city center. The apartment includes a clean, fully stocked kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a balcony, and an in-unit washing machine. We are always trying to make it feel cozy and welcoming. As three international students, we would love to have someone who both enjoys spending time with others and respects boundaries.
Die Wohnung ist fast an der Wagnergasse. Nachts ist es aber meist ruhig. Die Fenster des Zimmers sind zum Innenhof gerichtet. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Neue Mitte, 3-4 Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 12 Minuten vom Paradies und dem Westbahnhof.

The apartment is located off of Wagnergasse, so there are lots of cafes and restaurants right around the corner, but it is usually pretty quiet at night. The windows of the room are facing a courtyard. It’s a 5 minute walk to Neue Mitte, 12 minutes to Paradies station and Jena West.
Wir sind Jyothika (27), Breila (23), und Mirjeta (29). Breila ist eine Gaststudentin aus den USA, Jyo ist in einem Chemie-PhD-Programm, und Mirjeta macht medizinische Forschung. Unter der Woche sind wir meistens mit Studium und Arbeit beschäftigt, aber wenn wir Zeit haben, gehen wir gerne zusammen zum Essen und Trinken. Es freut uns, wenn wir zusammen was unternehmen, aber wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben möchtest, ist das auch vollkommen in Ordnung.
We are Jyothika (27), Breila (23), and Mirjeta (29). Breila is a visiting student from the USA, Jyo is working on her PhD in chemistry, and Mirjeta is conducting medical research. During the week we are mostly busy with work and studying, but when we have time we enjoy going out for food and drinks and going to different events. We would love to have someone who is down to occasionally hang out, but you are welcome to take the time for yourself, too.
Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte August frei. Die Möbel (Einzelbett mit Matratze, Schrank, Bücherregal, Tisch, Stuhl) müssen für 250 übernommen werden. 360 ist die Gesamtmiete, inklusive Strom, Wasser, Heizung, und WLAN.

Available for move-in from the middle of August. The room comes with a single bed including a mattress, a wardrobe, a book shelf, a table and a computer chair for 250. 360 is the total rent that includes all the utilities.
