das Zimmer ist komplett möbelirt und ist 15 Quadratmeter groß. Es befindet sich ein Bett, ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch in dem Zimmer.
Die restliche Wohnug ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer hast ein großes Fenster richtung Süden und ist deshalb sehr sonnig.
Die S-Bahnstation Untermenzig ist in 8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Edeka befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung.
Ansonsten fährt noch ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab. Dieser fährt zur u3 oder zur Tram 20,21.
Wir wohnen nun schon seit ein paar monaten zusammen und unternehmen gerne dinge miteinander. Ob an die naheliegenden Badeseen oder abends kochen und auf dem Balkon quatschen machen wir alles gerne. Wir sucgen also jemnd der aktiv lust hat am Wg-Leben teilzunehmen:).
Ein Keller und ein Balkon sind ebenfalls bei der Wohnung enthalten. Das Bad und die Küche sind neu renoviert und sehr schön.
