Zimmer in toller 5er WG

Die Wohnung selbst hat eine erstklassige Lage, im Zentrum der Altstadt, direkt neben dem Goldenen Dachl. Im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses befindet sich die Prometheus Bar. Alle Geschäfte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, z.B. in der Museumstrasse und Maria-Theresien-Strasse (Billa, Spar, Hofer etc.). Darüber hinaus bietet die Dichte an Bars rund um die Wohnung eine große Auswahl für Ihre Ausgehabende! Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gleich um die Ecke.

The flat itself has a prime location, in the center of the Old Town, directly next to the Golden Roof. In the basemant of our house is the Prometheus Bar. All shops are within a 5 minutes walk, e.g. on Museumstrasse and Maria-Theresien-Strasse (Billa, Spar, Hofer etc.). On top of that, the density of bars around the flat offers a large choice for your nights out! Public Transport are also right around the corner.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit Lili (26, studiert Soziologie), Mirco (27, studiert Architektur), Fabi (27, Klimapsychologe) und Quentin (30, promoviert in Neurowissenschaften) teilen.

Da Fabi wahrscheinlich auch für ca. 1 Jahr ausziehen wird, könnte es sein, dass wir uns für diese Zeit noch einen neuen Mitbewohner aussuchen können.

Wir unterhalten uns meist auf Englisch, teilweise auf Deutsch in der Wohnung. Aber alle Sprachen sind willkommen, um die Wohnung zu bereichern :)

Wir legen großen Wert auf ein gutes Gemeinschaftsleben in der Wohnung (z.B. zusammen abhängen, grillen auf der Dachterrasse, gemeinsam die Wohnung putzen, Skifahren gehen, oder einfach nur auf ein Bier oder zwei ...).

Das Zusammenleben mit vielen Leuten bedeutet auch, dass Freunde immer willkommen sind, so dass die Wohnung immer lebendig ist und es oft zu spontanen gemütlichen Abenden auf der Terrasse kommt (vor allem im Sommer). Wir sind eine offene und entspannte Gruppe, aber wir schätzen auch unsere eigene Privatsphäre und jeder kann sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen.

You will share the flat with Lili (26, studies sociology), Mirco (27, studies architecture), Fabi (26, climate psychologist), Quentin (30, doing his PhD in neurosciences).

As Fabi will probably move out for about 1 year, too, you might even get to pick another new flatmate together with us soon for this time.

We mostly talk in English, partly in German in the flat, as we are multinational. But all languages are welcome to enrich the flat :)

We attach a great importance to a good community life in the flat (e.g. hanging out together, cooking or BBQ on the roof terrace something, cleaning the flat together, going skiing, or simply for a beer ot two …)

Living with many people also means that friends are always welcome to come over, so the flat is always lively and spontaneous cozy evenings on the terrace often happen (mostly in summer). We are an open and relaxed group, but we also value our own privacy and everyone can retreat to their room.

Wenn das für dich sympathisch klingt, schreib uns gern ein paar Sätze über sdch. Bitte hab Verständnis dafür, dass wir eine Person, die sich als weiblich identifiziert, einziehen lassen möchten, also werden wir uns keine männlichen Bewerber ansehen.
Am liebsten wär uns ein Kennenlernen schon vor Ostern, idealerweise persönlich, aber ein Zoom-Telefonat lässt sich auch organisieren :)
