we are looking for a roommate who can move in from May 1.
Your future room is about 14 m2 tall, very bright and has high ceilings so you can set it up comfortably.
The apartment is about 85 m2 large, consists of three rooms and has parquet flooring as well as a solid equipped kitchen with induction hob, stove, rice cooker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. There is also a daylight bath.
Planned changes:
A balcony with access from the hall to the quiet backyard (south-west orientation) is planned. In addition, a heat pump and a new facade with insulation are installed. These measures are already included in the rental agreement and amount to €20 per person per month.
Thanks to new contracts, additional costs should be reduced by about 50 € per person.
Currently, we still have a transition solution with Telekom, but the fiber optic connection should be available soon.

wir suchen eine/r Mitbewohner-/in, der/die ab 1. May einziehen kann.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß, sehr hell und hat hohe Decken, sodass du es dir richtig gemütlich einrichten kannst.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 85 m² groß, besteht aus drei Zimmern und hat Parkettboden sowie eine solide ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Herd, Reiskocher, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Zudem gibt es ein Tageslichtbad.
Geplante Änderungen:
Ein Balkon mit Zugang vom Flur in den ruhigen Hinterhof (Südwest-Ausrichtung) ist in Planung. Außerdem werden eine Wärmepumpe sowie eine neue Fassade mit Isolierung installiert. Diese Maßnahmen sind bereits im Mietvertrag festgehalten und bedeuten 20 € monatlich mehr pro Person.
Dank neuer Verträge sollten sich die Nebenkosten um ca. 50 € pro Person senken.
Aktuell haben wir noch eine Übergangslösung mit der Telekom, aber der Glasfaseranschluss sollte bald verfügbar sein.
The apartment is located in a city-facing location. The main station can be reached by bus (8) in about 6 minutes. On foot it takes about 20 min. The city centre is also in a similar distance.
The HSRM (Campus Kurt-Schumacher-Ring) can be reached by bus (18) in about 15 minutes.
Close to the apartment is an Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Turkish and also Asian supermarket. There are also different restaurants nearby.
In addition, one minute is on the motorway (A66).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer stadtnahen Lage. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Bus (8) in ca. 6 min zu erreichen. Zu Fuß dauert es etwa 20 min. In ähnlicher Distanz befindet sich auch die Innenstadt.
Die HSRM (Campus Kurt-Schumacher-Ring) kannst du mit dem Bus (18) in ca. 15 min erreichen.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet ein Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, türkischer und auch asiatischer Supermarkt. Es sind auch unterschiedliche Restaurants in der Nähe.
Außerdem ist man in einer Minute auf der Autobahn (A66).

We, the remaining roommates:
Anastasiia (22, studies social work at HSRM in the 3rd semester and works part-time. Therefore, it is the most time at work or at university. In her free time she likes walking, playing tennis, reading, cooking and baking.)
and Felix (I, 33, formerly active in medical and laboratory technology, retrained the social media manager. I like to go to the gym, bicycle, cook and game.)
place great emphasis on a good balance between privacy and community exchange.
When this WG becomes your home, you not only expect a relaxed WG atmosphere, but also a reliable environment based on trust and mutual respect.
Even if we don't spend much time together, we always have exciting conversations and are very helpful.
With regard to decor and decoration, we are flexible and happy when you bring in.
Cleanliness is important to us, so it would be great if you also value it. We don't have a fixed cleaning plan, but it works very well so far. We are both simple and open to new ideas.
We rarely visit, but Family & Friends are always welcome.

Anastasiia (22, studiert im 3. Semester Soziale Arbeit an der HSRM und arbeitet Teilzeit. Daher ist sie die meiste Zeit bei der Arbeit oder in der Uni. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne laufen, spielt Tennis, liest, kocht und backt.)
und Felix (ich, 33, ehemals in der Medizin- und Labortechnik tätig, mache eine Umschulung zum Social Media Manager. Ich gehe gerne ins Gym, fahre Fahrrad, koche und game gerne.)
legen viel Wert auf eine gute Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und gemeinschaftlichem Austausch.
Wenn diese WG dein Zuhause wird, erwartet dich nicht nur eine entspannte WG-Atmosphäre, sondern auch ein verlässliches Umfeld, das auf Vertrauen und gegenseitigem Respekt basiert.
Auch wenn wir nicht viel Zeit miteinander verbringen, haben wir immer wieder spannende Gespräche und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Was Einrichtung und Deko angeht, sind wir flexibel und freuen uns, wenn du dich einbringst.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, daher wäre es super, wenn du ebenfalls Wert darauf legst. Wir haben keinen festen Putzplan, aber das funktioniert bisher sehr gut. Wir sind beide unkompliziert und offen für neue Ideen.
Wir haben selten Besuch, aber Family & Friends sind immer willkommen.
