This is Aylin here. We have 1 room available from June to the end of September / October. It is perfect for internships, a summer holiday in the beautiful area of Carinthia, where you can visit Northern Italy and Slovenia whenever you want. It is also perfect if you are looking for a place to stay while you are looking for long-term housing starting from October.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer.
Zimmer 3 ist als größtes Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern (20€ Aufpreis), die anderen beiden sind gleichgroß und haben je ein Westfenster. Zimmer 1 ist ab dem 1.6.2024 und Zimmer 3 ab 15.06.2024 zu haben, bei Bedarf kann das Einzugsdatum bei Zimmer 3 individuell besprochen werden. Die Kostenangaben beziehen sich auf ein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Ablöse von Möbeln ist mit dem Vormieter zu besprechen, die allgemeinen Teile der Wohnung sind möbliert.
Im Sommer wird die Öl-Heizung abgeschaltet und die Solaranlage für Warmwasser genutzt, an kalten Tagen kann der Ofen im Wohnzimmer befeuert werden. Natürlich kann die Heizung auch jederzeit bei Bedarf in Betrieb genommen werden.
Internet kostet 8,33 für jeden im Monat.
Gratis Parkflächen direkt vor und um die Wohnung.
Hauptbahnhof: Auto 5 min, Zufuß 10 min

Before, one girl and one guy used to live here with me.
We mainly spoke English in our house and used to hang out together, sometimes we had a movie night at our house or we went to the lake.
The people who live in the other apartments in the building are older people, which is why try to be not too loud at night, out of respect to each other and to them.
We have a cleaning plan and take turns in cleaning the common areas.
My two flatmates were assistant teachers and it was always a nice, welcoming international atmosphere in the house.
I would like to keep it that way, if possible.
I do not want to live in a house were we barely speak to each other and want to point out that is important to me that we can socialise too, and that I want to keep the good vibes of this flat.
