engineer and biochemist looking for a flat or house :D

Hi, my friend and I are looking for a flat or house, with TWO bedrooms (or in a way we can make living room into a bedroom)

I work as a Biochemist (23, she) and my friend is an engineer (21, she) working at tesla and we both work in Berlin.

Location : If its well connected to Ring or sbahn it would be great but not a must.

Loudness : We are peaceful and quite people and we don’t play loud music, nor host parties. and mostly on the weekends we are traveling so you won’t receive noise complains. Our current landlord is very happy with us taking care of the apartment, but we have to vacay it since he would like to come back to berlin and stay in his apartment. We are clean and tidy and have good relation to neighbours, and understand German housing rules very well and are responsible :)


Term : We are both looking for a long term contract, and would be happy to move in around mid-April to end of april.
