Wohne hier seit mittlerweile 4,5 Jahren,
tolle Nachbarn, mit denen man auch mal paar Worte wechselt, Lärm ist so gut wie nie ein Problem gewesen. Durch hohe Decken, dicke Wände und nur Nachbarn über mir, hört man sowieso selten irgendwas.
"Leben und leben lassen"-Mentalität!
Noch nie 'ne Beschwerde trotz mancher Party bei uns, andersrum lässt man z.B. den Nachbarshund mal 'nen Tag bellen, ohne sich gleich aufzuregen 😉
Hier noch paar generelle Infos:
- Brunnenplatz mit Park + Panke 3 min, Humboldthain 10 min entfernt
- div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min entfernt
- Garten mit Grill & div. Möbeln
- Geräte/Möbel können alle mitgenutzt werden
-Untermietervertrag würde ich erst einmal auf 1 Jahr mit 3 Monaten Kündigungsfrist begrenzen (Verlängerung möglich)
