Hallo alle !
Da ich im auf Reisen bin, möchte ich auf keinen Fall mein Zimmer leer stehen lassen und einer anderen Person dieses wunderschöne Zimmer direkt an der Donauinsel zur Miete überlassen!
Knappe Eckdaten:
Mein Zimmer ist etwa 23m2 groß und wird dir so gut es geht ausgeräumt aber definitiv möbliert überlassen.
Die Küche und das Bad sind neu gemacht, ansonsten gilt hier das Motto shabby-chic, was jedoch sehr gemütlich ist. (Deswegen der unschlagbare Preis!)
Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die Dusche im Vorzimmer, da alle Türen verschließbar sind, sollte das kein Problem sein.

Since I'm traveling, I don't want to leave my room empty and let another person rent this beautiful room directly on the Danube Island!
My room is about app. 20m2 and will be left to you as well as possible cleared out but furnished.
The kitchen and the bathroom are newly made, otherwise the motto here is shabby-chic, which is very cozy. (Hence the unbeatable price!)
The shower in the anteroom is a little unusual, but as all doors can be locked, this should not be a problem.
Die U1 Station Vorgartenstrasse ist direkt (!!) vor der Tür, eine Station zur Donauinsel oder 10min zu Fuss. Dort gibt es Stege zum Schwimmen und viele Orte zum Entspannen im Grünen.
In der Innenstadt ist man innert 8min, 4 Stationen zum Stephansplatz.
The U1 station Vorgartenstrasse is right (!!) in front of the door, one stop to Donauinsel or 10min walk. There are jetties for swimming and many places to relax in the green.
In the city center you are within 8min, 4 stops to Stephansplatz.
Ich (Lara) vermiete mein Zimmer, die anderen zwei Zimmer werden ebenso vermietet.
Wir legen grossen Wert auf anti-diskriminierenden, anti-rassistischen, queer-feministischen Umgang, du wirst mit zwei FINTA* Personen Amanda aus Madrid und Sonia aus London zusammenwohnen.
Die zwei werden schon einen Monat dort gewohnt haben. Wir hoffen das ist okay!!
