Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und verfügt zusätzlich über eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste-Wc.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist in etwas weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür mit Anbindung zur U-Bahn oder direkte Verbindung nach Messe/Deutz.

Wir suchen eine Person die bereits WG-Erfahrung hat und/oder bereits alleine gewohnt hat.

Der Preis für das Zimmer warm komplett beträgt 519,56€ (Warmmiete + Strom + Internet & GEZ-Gebühren) und die Kaution beträgt 864€.
