Die Miete samt Strom, Gas und Internet beträgt 350€. Bei Deinem Einzug verlange ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€, die Du beim Auszug wieder zurückerstattet erhältst, sofern die Wohnung & alle Möbel im gleichen Zustand sind wie beim Einzug.

Du bist hier richtig, wenn du für einen befristeten Zeitraum oder zur Überbrückung eine Wohnung in der Innenstadt zur alleinigen Nutzung suchst, die mit allen möglichen Mitteln zum täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet ist.

Your apartment is 25 square meters, fully furnished and very quiet, as it faces the backyard, and has the luxury of a balcony and your own WC.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a built-in stove, a dish-washer, a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, water filter and various kitchen utensils.
All furniture is of course at your disposal, including a television. Several washing machines/dryers are also available in the laundry room. Shared use of garden possible. Elevator available.

Miscellaneous:
The rent including electricity, gas and internet is 350€. When you move in, I will ask for a deposit of 500€, which will be refunded when you move out, provided the apartment and all the furniture are in the same condition as when you moved in.
