Dieses wunderschöne Zimmer im 5. wiener Gemeindebezirk steht ab Anfang Juli für etwa drei Monate frei und sucht für diese Zeit noch nach einem Bewohner oder einer Bewohnerin 👋🏼 Auf 21m2 gibt es reichlich Platz zum Ausbreiten, der große Schreibtisch am Fenster bietet einen geeigneten Arbeitsplatz, zwei Sessel laden zum verweilen ein und ein großes Holzpalettenbett sowie die zum Innenhof gerichteten Fenster sorgen für angenehmen und ruhigen Schlaf :)

The 130m2 apartment on the third floor offers a wonderful location, very close to the Naschmarkt, the Belvedere Castle and the Karlplatz. Shopping can be found in just a few minutes' walk in front of the front door, SPAR & BILLA, dm & BIPA and a lot of cosy cafés are just around the corner. The bus lines 12A, 13A, 14A, 59A, and the subway line U4 take you all day and night. The student districts such as the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th as well as the university can also be reached on foot or by bike 😊

Deine beiden Mitbewohner Nils und Miguel befinden sich in ihren Semesterferien und sind somit zeitweise vor Ort, es kann aber auch sein, dass man einmal allein in der Wohnung ist. Beide sind dabei sehr aufgeschlossene und super freundliche Typen, somit ist das WG-Leben immer gemütlich und ermöglicht, dass sich alle zuhause wohlfühlen 😋
Your two roommates Nils and Miguel are on their semester break and are therefore on site at times, but it may also be the case that you are alone in the apartment. Both are very open-minded and super friendly guys, so living in a shared apartment is always comfortable and allows everyone to feel comfortable at home 😋
