The room has a good 12 square meters and is square, facing south-west and has a window towards the street. Special feature is of course the pretty hall floor. The room borders the hallway and the room I used as a living room. The room is handed over partially furnished, as my still-inhabitant might let some stuff stand - but I don't know what it is.
In addition, it is to say that the apartment has some mosquitoes and in some places can still carry a little renovation, which I started step by step and you also occasionally see where the work zeal has stopped, lol.
Otherwise, everything you need to live is there. As I may soon move out myself, it may be that you have your own place at your disposal. I would also like to leave a bit of housekeeping here, which would make me difficult to move (refrigerator, washing machine, dishes) and which you could buy from me ideally. It's like a WG starter pack.
Das Zimmer hat gut 12 Quadratmeter und ist quadratisch, liegt Richtung Südwesten und hat ein Fenster zur Straße hin. Besondere Eigenschaft ist natürlich der hübsche Dielenboden. Das Zimmer grenzt an den Flur und an das, von mir als Wohnzimmer genutzte, Zimmer daneben. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben, da mein Noch-Mitbewohni vielleicht einiges an Zeug stehen lassen wird - was es wird, weiß ich aber noch nicht.
Darüber hinaus ist zu sagen, dass die Wohnung manche Tücken hat und an einigen Stellen noch ein bisschen Renovierung vertragen kann, was ich step by step angegangen bin und man auch gelegentlich sieht, wo der Arbeitseifer aufgehört hat, lol.
Ansonsten ist alles da, was man zum leben braucht. Da ich möglicherweise demnächst selbst ausziehe, kann's sein, dass du dann deine eigene Bude zur Verfügung hast. Ich würde auch gerne ein bisschen Hausrat hier lassen, der mir den Umzug erschweren würde (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirr) und den du mir im Idealfall abkaufen könntest. Quasi als WG-Starterpack.

Vielleicht wohne ich auch nicht mehr so lange, da ich mich beruflich neu orientiere und das auch ganz woanders sein kann. Wird sich alles im Laufe des Mai klären. Wollte erst schreiben "im Laufe des Mais", aber das klingt so nach Gemüse, oder? Wie dem auch sei: Ich lebe gerade so vor mich hin, mache bisschen was mit Freunden, bin viel unterwegs, knipse gerne das ein oder andere Analogfoto, koche irgendwas, hin und wieder zocke ich auch mal (RDR2 auf der PS4, da könnt ich drin versinken). Ansonsten ganz gesellig und aufmerksam, so die Rezensionen bisher. So Rassistenkacke und Leute die gerne Lack saufen auch nicht. Und Friedrich Merz auch nicht. Aber genug davon. Lass einfach mal auf 'n Flüppchen kennenlernen und dann schauen wir mal was wird. Was wird. :-)
