Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für eine 2er-WG. Es ist noch ein unmöbiliertes Zimmer frei. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen Herd, Backofen und eine Spülmaschine.
Bis zum Hauptgebäude der FH sind es nur ein paar Schritte und bis zum Medienzentrum sind es 5 min zu laufen.
Hinter dem Haus ist eine kleine Wiese. Dort kann man sich auch mit den anderen Studenten aus dem Haus treffen und gemeinsam grillen.
Der Waschmaschinenraum ist im Keller. Die Wäsche kann auf der Wiese oder bei schlechten Wetter auf dem Dachboden auf gehangen werden.
Im Haus wohnen ausschließlich Studenten.
Serviceangebot: Schnelles Internet über LAN und WLAN(100.000) ist für 10€ möglich.
Fernsehanschluss über Satellit ist in den Nebenkosten, sowie auch Treppe wischen , Schnee schieben usw. im Preis enthalten.
Vor dem Haus kann man kostenfrei parken.
Mindestmietzeit 12 Monate, Einzelmietvertrag, nur 500€ Kaution und Elternbürgschaft
