Beautiful WG room in old building (Mirker Quarter) Schönes WG-Zimmer in Altbauwohnung (Mirker Viertel)

The apartment is located in the northern city of Wuppertal in the Mirker district.
Next door is the train station Blo with boulder hall and yoga, theatre and museum.
The apartment is located directly on the north-way track and invites you to jogging, cycling, skating and walking in good weather. The Mirker station is also not far from where you can enjoy one or other drink and good music in the Hutmacher.
In the city centre you can walk in about 20 minutes (bus 10 minutes) and find further shopping and the Luisenviertel with its bars and cafes.
The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away, the baker right around the corner.
The next bus stop is available in approx. 7 min and the highway in 3min.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nordstadt Wuppertals im Mirker Viertel.
Nebenan ist der Bahnhof Blo mit Boulderhalle und Yoga, Theater und Museum.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Nordbahntrasse und lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Joggen, Fahrrad fahren, Skaten und spazieren gehen ein. Auch der Mirker Bahnhof ist nicht weit, wo man im Hutmacher das ein oder andere Getränk und gute Musik genießen kann.
In der Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten (Bus 10 Min.) und findet dort weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Luisenviertel mit seinen Bars und Cafés.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min entfernt, der Bäcker direkt um die Ecke.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in ca. 7 min und die Autobahn in 3min.

A little bit of what to me and my previous WG life:

I am Julia and currently in the Department of Primary Education. If I'm not sitting at the desk for a long time, printing or laminating, I'm glad to be creative, baking and looking forward to making the route unsafe on foot, by bike or inliners. I like to go to flea markets and secondhand shops. I also like to play social games and look forward to the one or the other games night.

I have already lived in several WGs and different constellations. I look forward to conjuring delicious vegan dishes together in the kitchen, chatting or just drinking a tea. In addition, the route is always suitable for a joint visit, especially in beautiful weather. I also like to have for other activities and spontaneous WG actions.
In the meantime, the Referendariat is very exhausting and I am looking forward to a little distraction at home and if it isn't about school. Sometimes I just need my rest or diligent society.

Kurz ein bisschen was zu mir und meinem bisherigen WG-Leben:

Ich bin Julia und aktuell im Referendariat für Grundschullehramt. Wenn ich nicht gerade lange am Schreibtisch sitze, drucke oder laminiere, bin ich gerne kreativ, backe und freue mich, die Trasse zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder Inlinern unsicher zu machen. Ich gehe gerne auf Flohmärkte und in Secondhandläden. Außerdem spiele ich gerne Gesellschaftsspiele und freue mich über den ein oder anderen Spieleabend.

Ich habe bereits in mehreren WGs und unterschiedlichen Konstellationen gewohnt. Ich freue mich zusammen in der Küche leckere vegane Gerichte zu zaubern, zu quatschen oder einfach nur einen Tee zu trinken. Außerdem bietet sich die Trasse immer für einen gemeinsamen Besuch an, besonders bei schönem Wetter. Auch für andere Aktivitäten und spontane WG Aktionen bin ich gern zu haben.
Das Referendariat ist zwischendurch sehr anstrengend und ich freue mich zuhause über ein bisschen Ablenkung und wenn es mal nicht um Schule geht. Manchmal brauche ich aber auch einfach meine Ruhe oder fleißige Gesellschaft.

Another few things:

Because my two cohabitants are moving out, they'll take a few things. In the kitchen we will need one or other things, but classifieds and the next flea market will surely bring new treasures to the house.
- Depending on what the two leave here and take along, the knock-off can change a bit.
- If you have a car, it would also be possible to take over your parking space behind the house (60€/month).

Noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten:

- Da meine beiden Mitbewohnis ausziehen, werden sie auch ein paar Dinge mitnehmen. In der Küche werden wir die ein oder anderen Sachen brauchen, aber Kleinanzeigen und der nächste Flohmarkt bringen sicher neue Schätze ins Haus.
- Je nachdem, was die beiden hier lassen und mitnehmen kann sich der Abschlag nochmal ein bisschen ändern.
- Falls du ein Auto hast, gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit ihren Stellplatz hinter dem Haus zu übernehmen (60€/Monat).
