Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil St. Peter zwischen Technischer Hochschule, Universität und Wöhrder See und Wiese. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinde sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es besteht eine sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Die Straße ist ruhig und nach hinten ist ein kleiner Hof, der von allen Hausbewohnern genutzt werden kann.
The apartment is located in the popular St. Peter district between the technical college, university and Wöhrder lake and parc. The city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. There are very good public transport connections. The street is quiet and at the rear there is a small courtyard that can be used by all residents.
