I'm afraid I'm moving out of my great 3 WG, as it's moving me out into the world. Although Nadja and Franka have become a family for me, I will take my place as WG mistress:D
We live in a beautiful, large 119sqm apartment in the third OG, with a large kitchen, a bright bathroom and a seperate guest toilet. And the luxury for your potential new home: you even have two rooms! Both are about the same size (10 and 12sqm), so they can be perfectly divided into sleeping and working areas, or maybe you can get your own idea for the rooms with invasive
The rooms are on the south side, so you have sun with you almost all day! ☀️ In one of the rooms there are curtains that you can take over for free and which completely darken the rooms, which is great for sleeping:)

ich ziehe leider aus meiner tollen 3er WG aus, da es mich in die Welt hinaus zieht. Obwohl Nadja und Franka für mich Familie geworden sind, trete ich hiermit meinen Platz als WG Herrin ab :D
Wir wohnen in einer schönen, großen 119qm Wohnung im dritten OG, mit einer großen Küche, einem hellen Bad und einem seperaten Gäste-WC. Und der Luxus für dein potenzielles neues zu Hause: du hast sogar zwei Zimmer! Beide sind etwa gleich groß (10 und 12qm), wodurch sie sich perfekt in Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich einteilen lassen oder vielleicht bringst du ja deine ganz eigene Vorstellung für die Zimmer mit 🌸
Die Zimmer liegen auf der Südseite, also hast du fast den ganzen Tag Sonne bei dir! ☀️ In einem der Zimmer sind bereits Vorhänge, die du kostenlos übernehmen kannst und welche die Zimmer komplett abdunkeln, was sich hervorragend zum Schlafen eignet :)
The apartment is located directly at the Mühlengasse stop, so you can take the line 7 within 20min at the university and within 30min in Cologne city centre. In addition, in our direct environment there is everything the heart desires - you run 5min and have various supermarkets, bookstore, clothing stores, bakeries, drugstore, pharmacy, cafes and much more! In addition, the forest is almost in front of the front door, a park is also around the corner and the Cologne city forest can also be reached quickly 🌱 If you like to climb or boulder, the chimpanzodrome can also be reached quickly. In the summer it is only 20 minutes by bike to Lake Otto-Maigler, where you can swim in peace :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Mühlengasse, deshalb ist man mit der Linie 7 innerhalb von 20min an der Uni und innerhalb von 30min in der Kölner Innenstadt. Außerdem gibt es in unserem direkten Umfeld alles was das Herz begehrt - du läufst 5min und hast verschiedene Supermärkte, Buchhandlung, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Drogerie, Apotheke, Café's und vieles mehr! Außerdem ist der Wald quasi vor der Haustür, ein Park ist hier auch gleich ums Eck und der Kölner Stadtwald ist auch schnell zu erreichen 🌱 Falls du gerne kletterst oder boulderst, ist auch das Chimpanzodrome schnell zu erreichen. Im Sommer hat man es nur 20min mit dem Rad zum Otto-Maigler-See, wo man in Ruhe baden kann :)
We are Nadja, 29 (they/her) and Franka, 24 (they/her) and have originally both found the way to the beautiful naughty due to our studies.
These are your future cohabitation:
Nadja is currently studying special education at the school and working in an inclusive school. With tomato mozzarella and Korean or Vietnamese food you can conquer your heart. For walks, long conversations on the balcony and boulders it is always to have. 🧡
Franka studies international sport development/policy and works alongside one another in a riding and therapy center as a Voltigiertrainerin. She likes to be active outside, radles to the nearby lakes to find, drill or travel through the world her unexisting Kraultechnik. 🌞
Cooking evenings are also very popular with us, so Franka loves to cook and Nadja brings the necessary appetite so that we do not have to freeze everything in the huge portions. Otherwise we like to talk to life, cuddle dogs and are always for an adventure or a cozy movie night to have :)
Wir sind Nadja, 29 (sie/ihr) und Franka, 24 (sie/ihr) und haben ursprünglich beide aufgrund unseres Studiums den Weg in das schöne Frechen gefunden.
Das sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis:
Nadja studiert aktuell Sonderpädagogik auf Lehramt und arbeitet nebenbei in einer inklusiven Kita. Mit Tomate-Mozzarella und koreanischem oder vietnamesischem Essen kann man ihr Herz erobern. Für Spaziergänge, lange Gespräche auf dem Balkon und Bouldern ist sie immer zu haben.🧡
Franka studiert internationale Sportentwicklung/-politik und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Reit-und Therapiezentrum als Voltigiertrainerin. Sie ist gerne draußen aktiv, radelt zu den nahegelegenen Seen, um ihre nicht vorhandene Kraultechnik zu finden, bouldert oder reist durch die Welt. 🌞
Kochabende sind bei uns auch sehr beliebt, also Franka liebt es zu kochen und Nadja bringt den nötigen Appetit mit, damit wir bei den riesen Portionen nicht alles einfrieren müssen😂 Ansonsten bequatschen wir gerne das Leben, kuscheln Hunde und sind immer für ein Abenteuer oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend zu haben :)
