A cozy and bright WG room in 3 WG is free. The room you get is that of Silin and she would leave you bed, mattress, brown desk and blue chair (you can negotiate). Except for the bed, they're all newly bought last year. If you want to transport a secondhand property to your home via eBay small ads, our nice landlord will be helpful. We have a large kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, two ovens, a sodastream, microwave, coffee maker, water filter, kettle and a few small items. In our bathroom you will find everything you need and also a washing machine, in a small space you can hang up your laundry:) We also have a small store and in the basement of our landlords you can set your bike.

Hallo ihr WG-Suchenden,
Ein gemütliches und helles WG-Zimmer in 3er WG ist frei. Das Zimmer welches du bekommst ist das von Silin und sie würde dir ihr Bett, die Matratze, den braunen Schreibtisch und den blauen Stuhl überlassen (das könnt ihr dann verhandeln). Außer dem Bett sind alle im letzten Jahr neu gekauft. Falls du einen Secondhand-Gegenstand über eBay-Kleinanzeigen nach Hause transportieren möchtest, wird unser netter Vermieter dabei behilflich sein. Wir verfügen über eine Große Küche mit einem Herd, Spülmaschine, zwei Backöfen, einem Sodastream, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserfilter, Wasserkocher und noch paar Kleinigkeiten. In unserem Badezimmer findest du alles was brauchst und dazu noch eine Waschmaschine, in einem kleinen Nebenraum kannst du deine Wäsche aufhängen :) Wir haben auch einen kleinen Speicher und im Keller unserer Vermieter kannst du zum Beispiel dein Fahrrad unterstellen.

The WG is just a 6-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, from which you can reach Tübingen Hbf in 15-20 minutes. If you want to drive by bike, it takes about 25 minutes :) The bus runs every 30 minutes and every weekend. In addition, in just 10 minutes by bus, you can reach large shopping facilities such as Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi South, net, DM, Depot, etc. You can walk around the WG super or jogging, as everything is a little more rural.

Die WG liegt nur 6 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt, von der aus du in 15-20 Minuten zum Tübingen Hbf gelangen kannst. Wenn du mit dem Fahrrad fahren willst dauert das ca. 25 Minuten :) Der Bus fährt unter der Woche alle 30 Minuten und am Wochenende stündlich. Zudem erreichst du in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi Süd, Netto, DM, Depot, usw. Du kannst hier in der Umgebung der WG super spazieren oder joggen gehen, da hier alles etwas ländlicher ist.

Wir sind eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene WG, bestehend aus zwei Studentinnen an der Uni Tübingen. Ich bin eine 32-jährige Doktorandin aus Südkorea im Fach Erziehungswissenschaft und Silin(25) ist Masterstudentin in germanistischer Linguistik. Da wir alle studieren, legen wir großen Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre.
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die offen, respektvoll und ordentlich ist. Wir haben einen Putzplan, welcher uns sehr wichtig ist und auch gut funktioniert. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen oder gemütliche Abende sind bei uns willkommen, aber natürlich jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Freiraum. Unsere Vermieter leben mit im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen uns bei Problemen in der WG.

We are a friendly and open-minded WG, consisting of two students at the University of Tübingen. I am a 31-year-old PhD student from South Korea in the field of Educational Science, and Silin (25) is a Master's student in German Linguistics. Since we are all studying, we highly value a quiet atmosphere. We are looking for a roommate who is open, respectful, and tidy. We have a cleaning schedule that is very important to us and works well. Shared activities like cooking or cozy evenings together are welcome, but of course, everyone has their own space. Our landlords live in the same house and are very helpful, assisting us with any issues in the WG.
