Your room has 14.5 m2 and is equipped with 3 windows (a roof window with outdoor blind, the other two with interior blinds) and is unfurnished.
In addition, there is a living room for general use on the sun side (direction west), which is designed with laminate and about 16 m2.
The daylight bath (refurbished in 2017) is equipped with a bathtub. In addition, we have a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and also dishes and cleaning products are mostly available.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a storage chamber, a large hallway and a spacious basement compartment.
Dein Zimmer hat 14,5 m² und ist mit 3 Fenstern (ein Dachfenster mit Außenrollo, die anderen beiden mit Innenjalousie) ausgestattet und wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer zur allgemeinen Nutzung auf der Sonnenseite (Richtung Westen), welches mit Laminat ausgelegt und ca. 16 m² groß ist.
Das Tageslicht-Bad (komplett neugemacht 2017) ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Außerdem haben wir eine moderne Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und auch Geschirr und Putzsachen sind größtenteils vorhanden.
Des Weiteren gibt es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, sowie eine Abstellkammer, einen großen Flur und ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
The apartment is very central in the city centre. The Rossmarkt bus station is a 5-minute walk away and the Stadtgalerie 3 minutes. The train station in Mitte is only 10 minutes walk away. Shops are very easy on foot. Furthermore, the Main is only 5 minutes walk away and invites you to relax.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Zum Busbahnhof Rossmarkt sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zur Stadtgalerie 3 Minuten. Auch zum Bahnhof Mitte benötigt man nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weiterhin ist der Main nur 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
We, Marie (confirmed) and Markus (student) are very cumbersome and also like to have a bullshit. But it's okay if everyone in his room does his thing. We maintain a respectful and friendly way of dealing with each other, are non-smoker and rather quiet people, and we wish that our new access in this respect fits us. So it shouldn't be a party WG from our WG.
There is a weekly cleaning plan in which everyone takes over an area of the WG and the new WG member is of course also expected to participate regularly because we place great value on a decent, cozy and clean apartment in which we can all feel comfortable.
Wir, Marie (berufstätig) und Markus (Student), sind sehr umgänglich und auch gerne mal zum Quatschen zu haben. Es ist aber auch okay, wenn jeder in seinem Zimmer sein Ding macht. Wir pflegen einen respektvollen und freundlichen Umgang miteinander, sind Nichtraucher und eher ruhige Menschen und wünschen uns, dass unser Neuzugang diesbezüglich zu uns passt. Es sollte also keine Party WG aus unserer WG werden.
Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, in dem jeder einen Bereich der WG übernimmt und vom neuen WG-Mitglied wird natürlich auch regelmäßige Beteiligung daran erwartet, da wir großen Wert auf eine ordentliche, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung legen, in der wir uns alle wohlfühlen können.

The rental price of 390€ (warm rental) includes everything, i.e. internet, radio and all additional costs. Due to changing additional costs, the rental price is not fixed, it is possible that it changes slightly up or down. Furthermore, a detachment of approx. 500€ for fitted kitchen, washing machine and furniture.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

Wir freuen uns über jemanden, dem nicht nur die Wohnung gefällt, sondern der auch in das WG-Leben passt. Deswegen erzähl gerne auch etwas ausführlicher über dich oder was du so machst.
Der Mietpreis von 390€ (Warmmiete) beinhaltet alles, also auch Internet, Rundfunk und sämtliche Nebenkosten. Aufgrund sich ändernder Nebenkosten ist der Mietpreis nicht fix, es ist möglich dass sich dieser leicht nach oben oder unten verändert. Weiterhin kommt noch eine Ablöse von ca. 500€ für Einbauküche, Waschmaschine und Wohnungsmöbel hinzu.
Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
