The apartment is located on the edge of Hellern on a Ponyhof in an old, renovated half-timbered house. Pigeons and chickens are also kept here. 🕊️ 🐴 🐴 The large farm is located off the road and is super idyllic. The forest and the hats are only a stone's throw away.



In 3-5 car journey minutes you will find a country of sale, an Edeka, DM, Rewe, Sparkasse, an ice cream parlour with the
best spaghetti ice cream and and and. The bus stop is 3min walk away and the bus (M4) runs every 15-20min direction city. It is 12min drive to the new market. In the other direction goes to Hasbergen (there I have no shares. Our neighbor Cord says that it is beautiful there too 😅)

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande von Hellern auf einem Ponyhof in einem alten, sanierten Fachwerkhaus. Tauben und Hühner werden hier ebenfalls gehalten. 🕊️ 🐔 🐴 Der große Hof liegt abseits der Straße und ist super idyllisch gelegen. Der Wald und die Düte sind nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.



In 3-5 Autofahrt-Minuten befinden sich Kaufland, ein Edeka, DM, Rewe, Sparkasse, eine Eisdiele mit dem
besten Spaghetti Eis und und und. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3min zu Fuß entfernt und der Bus (M4) fährt alle 15-20min richtung Stadt. Es sind 12min Fahrt bis zum Neumarkt. In die andere Richtung gehts nach Hasbergen (da hab ich keine Aktien. Unser Nachbar Cord sagt aber, dass es dort auch schön sei 😅)

I'm Elana (29) years. I am a social worker and likes the unconvectional life and thinking. When I work, I'm often very tense. If I don't work, I travel a lot or just hang out. I do less often sports, cook and cook very much, enjoy nice evenings with wine and gossip over the world and sometimes have one of the same humor. I'm super-pastic, can lay things in seconds and according to my current roommate, it was hard to find out if I'm talking to her or just brabbel 🫣😅

We've lived here without a cleaning plan, and we're supposed to stay that way in the future. Everyone does what in the household and if something disturbs you say what or does it yourself, point. 🙃

My best friend will be your neighbor, which means that she will also walk through the apartment. Don't worry, not in the annoying way, she's in charge. 🤪 She has a little dach called Ludwig. We often eat together and like to sit with one
Glass of wine and coffee in our apartments or the cozy garden corner. What is missing here in the refrigerator has it mostly and vice versa. Nadine is the most loyal person on earth. She is super funny, honest and direct and has the greatest heart of the world.

Ich bin Elana (29) Jahre. Ich bin Sozialarbeiterin und mag das unkonvetionelle Leben und Denken. Wenn ich arbeite, bin ich oft sehr eingespannt. Wenn ich nicht arbeite, reise ich viel oder hänge einfach mal ab. Ich mache mal mehr mal weniger oft Sport, koche und bekoche sehr gerne, genieße nette Abende bei Wein und Gossip über die Welt und habe manchmal einen derben Humor. Ich bin tollpatischig, kann Dinge innerhalb Sekunden verlegen und laut meiner derzeitigen Mitbewohnerin war es am Anfang schwer herauszufinden, ob ich mit ihr rede oder einfach vor mich hin brabbel 🫣😅

Wir werden uns gut verstehen, wenn du nicht jedes Wort auf die Goldwaage legst, das Leben genießen kannst und Lust auf ein unkompliziertes und nettes Zusammenleben hast.

Wir haben hier ohne Putzplan gelebt, das sollt auch in Zukunft so bleiben. Jeder macht was im Haushalt und wenn einen etwas stört, sagt man was oder macht’s selbst, Punkt. 🙃

Meine beste Freundin wird deine Nachbarin sein, was bedeutet, dass sie ebenfalls hin und wieder durch die Wohnung geistern wird. Keine Sorge, nicht auf die nervige Art, sie hat Anstand. 🤪 Sie hat einen kleinen Dackel namens Ludwig. Wir essen oft gemeinsam und sitzen gerne bei einem
Glas Wein und Kaffee in unseren Wohnungen oder der gemütlichen Gartenecke. Was hier im Kühlschrank fehlt hat sie meist und umgekehrt. Nadine ist der loyalste Mensch auf Erden. Sie ist super lustig, ehrlich und direkt und hat das größte Herz der Welt.

There are also 5 other parties in the house. Everybody's good. Once you get fresh eggs, someone bakes a cake, you get help in the car screw shop and you can watch a dog.

I only planned to stay in the apartment for half a year at that time - well, sometimes life plays differently, now Mona pulls out... Since you have a lot of inventory, your things are welcome.

Sorry that I have to say so, but ALG II reception is not in question for me due to the complexity of the evidence (which both I and the landlord have to fill out)

Im Haus wohnen außerdem noch 5 weitere Parteien. Alle kommen gut miteinander aus. Mal bekommt man frische Eier, mal backt jemand einen Kuchen, mal kriegt man Hilfe bei der Autoschrauberei und mal passt man auf einen Hund auf..
Es ist ein kleines Gartenstück dabei. Lass uns gerne ein paar Sachen aussähen und den Grill anwerfen🫠


Ich habe damals nur geplant für ein halbes Jahr in der Wohnung zu bleiben- nun ja, manchmal spielt das Leben anders, nun zieht Mona aus... Da ihr viel des Inventars gehört, sind deine Dinge herzlich willkommen.
