The 3 inhabitants of a WG share the use of kitchen and bathroom.
There are 3 rooms in the apartment. 2 of the rooms have about 23m2, the third room has about 15m2 and has a private balcony.
All rooms are new and modern furnished. Each room is individually lockable and habitable with curtains, pictures, box spring bed incl. Bed linen and bedding, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair and TV furnished.
There is a kitchen and a bathroom for shared use of the 3 roommates.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob with oven, freezer and dishwasher. The basic equipment of cutlery and dishes is also available. Iron and ironing board are also available.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and is equipped with illuminated mirror cabinets.
The rent includes all additional costs, of course also free Wi-Fi.

In der Wohnung gibt es insgesamt 3 Zimmer. 2 der Zimmer haben ca. 23m², das dritte Zimmer hat ca. 15m² und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon.
Alle Zimmer sind neu und modern möbliert. Jedes Zimmer ist einzeln absperrbar und wohnlich mit Gardinen, Bildern, Boxspringbett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und TV eingerichtet.
Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung der 3 Mitbewohner gibt es eine Küche und ein Bad.
Die Küche ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Cerankochfeld mit Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi und Spülmaschine. Zudem ist die Grundausstattung an Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschkabine und ist mit beleuchteten Spiegelschränken ausgestattet.
In der Miete sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten, natürlich auch kostenfreies WLAN.
