we, this is me, Nina (27) , Alex (38), plus fluffy appendix (more in WG life) are looking for a new roommate for our cozy house WG from May onwards. Facts to the house: old but shaky, with own vintage charms, but still fully functional. Your future room is on the first floor and will be rented unfurnished. The room has its own spacious balcony. The house has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a total of 4 rooms with a shared living room, a very large basement including laundry room, as well as a beautiful large garden by letting you also enjoy toboggan.

What we want: NO purpose WG - we like to sit together after work in the evening and drink a beer (or two:) ). For us, good coexistence is essential, cleanliness and clear communication are particularly important to us.

wir, das bin ich, Nina (27) , Alex (38), plus flauschiger Anhang (mehr dazu unter WG Leben) suchen ab Mai eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für unsere gemütliche Haus-WG. Facts zum Haus: Alt aber schnuckelig, mit eigenem Vintage-Charme, aber noch voll funktionstüchtig. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen großzügigen Balkon. Das Haus hat 2 Toiletten, 1 Badezimmer, insgesamt 4 Zimmer mit einem gemeinsam genutzten Wohnzimmer, einen sehr großen Keller inklusive Waschküche, sowie einen schönen großen Garten, indem du dich auch gerne austoben kannst.

Was wir uns wünschen: KEINE Zweck WG - wir sitzen gerne nach der Arbeit am Abend zusammen und quatschen und trinken auch mal ein Bier (oder zwei :) ). Für uns ist ein gutes Miteinander essentiell, Sauberkeit und klare Kommunikation sind uns besonders wichtig.

Ein direktes Kennenlernen ist für uns ein Muss, wir werden KEINE Online Besichtigung durchführen.
