X-Busse drive via Heerstrasse to Charlottenburg, from S-Bahn station Heerstrasse the S-Bahn can be taken, from Messe-Nord the Ringbahn runs, at the Rathaus Spandau there is a train station for ICE to S-Bahn (3 km away).
The area is quiet, green, relaxed. Bathing facilities in the Havel approx. 15 minutes by bike, pick up fields for running and air and provide excellent cycling routes to Potsdam.
Supermarkets are close (Reichelt, Aldi, Kaufland).
The house is located in an insect-friendly garden with old trees.
The area is quiet, in the south and west attract fields and forests, I take the bike 15 minutes to swim in the Havel, there is a great cycle path over Potsdam and back on the other side of the Havel. A wheel can be placed in the garage, after consultation one can also be borrowed.

X-Busse fahren über die Heerstrasse nach Charlottenburg, ab S-Bahnhof Heerstrasse kann die S-Bahn genommen werden, ab Messe-Nord fährt die Ringbahn, am Rathaus Spandau befindet sich ein Bahnhof für ICE bis S-Bahn (3 km entfernt).
Die Gegend ist ruhig, grün, entspannt. Bademöglichkeit in der Havel ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, Felder zum Laufen und Luft holen und hervorragende Radstrecken bis Potsdam vorhanden.
Supermärkte sind nah (Reichelt, Aldi, Kaufland).
Das Haus steht in einem insektenfreundlichen Garten mit alten Bäumen.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, im Süden und Westen locken Felder und Wälder, ich fahre mit dem Rad 15 Minuten zum Baden in der Havel, es gibt einen tollen Radweg über Potsdam und auf der anderen Seite der Havel zurück. Ein Rad kann in der Garage untergestellt werden, nach Absprache kann auch eins ausgeliehen werden.

I am self-employed, mostly from home, so I am often there. Sitting with the laptop in the EC in the study room or in the conservatory or in the garden.
As a former radio moderator, I run a moderator exchange and moderate to myself.
My daughter is 28 years old and lives in Charlottenburg.
I spend a day in the garden where you can relax wonderfully (I usually find what to do, Hollywood swings and deck chairs are often free). A bike can be easily parked in the garage, the area is very well suited for cycling. In the basement there are washing machines and dryers. In addition, a second refrigerator.
In the house there is 1 nice renter who speaks German and English and works by Mo-Fr out of the house, with cat Lotte, very human-friendly and eaten. If I'm on my way for more than 24 hours, it would be great if Lotte ́s automatic feeder could be reliably filled.
Talks and community in everyday life I like, but also need a lot of time for me - and usually work.
I value a clean and tidy kitchen and bathrooms and the responsible handling of all things in the house, also energy-saving behavior belongs to me.
I would be happy if we could agree on a cleaning plan.

Ich bin selbständig, arbeite überwiegend von zuhause, bin also oft da. Sitze mit dem Laptop im EG im Arbeitszimmer oder im Wintergarten oder im Garten.
Als ehemalige Radiomoderatorin leite ich eine Moderatorenvermittlung und moderiere ab und zu noch selber.
Meine Tochter ist 28 Jahre alt und lebt in Charlottenburg, kommt gern mal zu Besuch.
Ich verbringe täglich Zeit im Garten, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann (ich finde meistens was zu tun, Hollywoodschaukel und Liegestuhl sind oft frei). Ein Fahrrad kann gut in der Garage abgestellt werden, zum Radfahren eignet sich die Gegend sehr gut. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem ein zweiter Kühlschrank.
Im Haus wohnt noch 1 nette Mieterin, die Deutsch und Englisch spricht und von Mo-Fr außer Haus arbeitet, dazu Katze Lotte, sehr menschenfreundlich und verfressen. Wenn ich mal mehr als 24 Stunden unterwegs bin wäre es toll, wenn Lotte´s Futterautomat verlässlich gefüllt werden könnte.
Gespräche und Gemeinschaft im Alltag mag ich, brauche aber auch viel Zeit für mich - und arbeite meistens.
Ich lege Wert auf eine saubere und aufgeräumte Küche und Bäder und den verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit allen Dingen im Haus, auch energiesparendes Verhalten gehört für mich dazu.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns auf einen Putzplan einigen könnten.
