Beautiful furnished room 20mt2 in Reudnitz (December 1 to February 18)

The location is incredible, with a tram stop just a two-minute walk away. To get to the city center, it’s only four tram stops. The area is very diverse and has a Kaufland (the best supermarket for me) right in front of the apartment (just a one-minute walk). There are also pizzerias, pharmacies, hairdressers, Rossmann, bakeries, grocery stores, and much more.

Die Lage ist unglaublich, da sich eine Haltestelle nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt befindet. Um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, sind es nur vier Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Die Gegend ist sehr vielfältig und hat ein Kaufland (für mich der beste Supermarkt) direkt vor der Wohnung (nur eine Gehminute entfernt). Es gibt auch Pizzerien, Apotheken, Friseure, Rossmann, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und vieles mehr.

La ubicación es increíble, ya que cuenta con una parada a solo dos minutos a pie. Para llegar al centro, solo necesitas cuatro estaciones de tranvía. La zona es muy diversa y tiene un Kaufland (para mí, el mejor supermercado) justo enfrente del apartamento (a 1 minuto caminando). También hay pizzerías, farmacias, peluquerías, Rossmann, panaderías, tiendas de comestibles y mucho más.”

Luis, alemán de 22 años y vegano, y Sofía, chilena de 30 años, viven en la WG. Son personas muy agradables; a veces cocinamos juntos o hacemos actividades. Sofía es una excelente anfitriona y le encanta hacer que todos se sientan bienvenidos, mientras que Luis es una persona tranquila y vegana. Tenemos un plan de limpieza, por lo que siempre todo está limpio. Todos respetamos nuestro espacio y la limpieza.

Luis, a 22-year-old German and vegan, and Sofia, a 30-year-old Chilean, live in the WG. They are very nice people; sometimes we all cook together or do activities. Sofia is a great host and loves making everyone feel welcome, while Luis is calm and vegan. We have a cleaning schedule, so everything is always clean. We all respect our space and cleanliness.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy (in common areas), has positive energy, and is open to living in a warm, welcoming environment, not just a transient room like in a hotel.
