Als Bonus: Ich überlege, den Keller in einen Chillraum zu verwandeln – vielleicht mit Kickertisch, ein paar gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Co. Muss nur noch schauen, ob das passt.

As a bonus: I'm considering turning the basement into a chill-out room – perhaps with a foosball table, some cozy seating, and more. I just need to check if that will work.
Die Lage ist optimal. Die Hochschulen sind in der Nähe sowie auch der Flughafen. Auch Airbus und die Lufthansa Flugschulen etc befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Fußmarsch von 5 Minuten bringt euch zur Straßenbahn Linie 6 Haltestelle Schleiermacherstraße aber auch zur Bushaltestelle Meyerstraße. In die Innenstadt braucht ihr ca. 10 Minuten zum HBF 15.

The location is ideal. The universities are nearby, as is the airport. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Schleiermacherstraße streetcar stop (line 6) as well as the Meyerstraße bus stop. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center from central station 15.
