The room is located in Santos, just 10 minutes from the centre. Nearby there are supermarkets, Brunchcafés, a wine and cocktail bar, as well as easy access to public transport. A nearby bike station and a train station offer further mobility options. Train station is in 5 min walk - the train takes you to the beach in 35 min.

The apartment comes with three roommates: Gabriele from Italy, Raul from Chile and Ladora from US.
Shared rooms such as kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, dining room and a attic can accommodate creative projects or relaxed moments. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are available. WiFi is available.
A weekly cleaning plan ensures cleanliness and order in the apartment - each of the roommates participates in the cleaning plan. The neighborhood offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities and culinary experiences.
