WG-Zimmer in 3er WG zur Untermiete am Frankfurter RIng

Die WG ist direkt an der U-Bahn Station Frankfurter RIng gelegen von der man in 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof kommt. Der Englische Garten und der Olympiapark sind jeweils in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad auch in der Innenstadt. Es gibt verschiedene EInkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Lidl...) in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.


The room is directly next to the U-station Frankfurter RIng, where the U2 goes and brings you to the main station in 12 minutes. You can reach the Englischer Garten and the Olympiapark with a 10-minute bike ride. There are multiple grocery stores around that you can reach by foot (Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Lidl...)

Momentan stehen zwei Zimmer leer, daher ist der einzige Mitbewohner Adam. Er ist Student und nicht oft zu Hause. Es lernt Deutsch, spricht aber lieber English oder Französich.

Currently two rooms are empty, so there is only Adam living in the apartment. He is an international student, and while he is learning German, he prefers to speak English or French.

Dieses Zimmer wird von mir für drei Monate untervermietet, da ich umziehe. Es besteht die Möglichkeit nach dem Aublauf der drei Monate in dem Zimmer zu blieben, allerdings muss dies mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden und bringt möglicherweise eine Mieterhöhung mit sich.


I am subletting the room for three months, since I am moving out. There is a possibility to rent the apartment under normal cornditions after I the three months are over, but that has to be discussed with the landlord and might include an increase in rent.
