From February this beautiful WG room will be free in our 6 WG. The apartment is about 200 m2 and includes, in addition to a huge living area with open kitchenette, two large bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. You would mainly use the bathroom 2 (see pictures). All important electrical appliances for an apartment are available, a dishwasher, washing machine and several kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, smoothie mixer, etc.). We really have everything you need to live :)
The room is about 14 m2 large, bright and cozy.
Ab Februar wird dieses schöne WG-Zimmer in unserer 6er WG frei. Die Wohnung ist um die 200 m² groß und umfasst neben einem riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küchenzeile auch zwei große Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche. Du würdest hauptsächlich das Bad 2 (siehe Bilder) nutzen. Alle wichtigen Elektrogeräte für eine Wohnung sind vorhanden, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine sowie etliche Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Smoothie-Mixer usw.). Wir haben wirklich alles, was man zum Leben braucht :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß, hell und gemütlich.
The apartment is located in downtown Wernigerode between the main railway station and the city centre in a sweet street with half-timbered houses. The nearest bus stop (Rendezvous) is a 5-minute walk away and the train station is just a few minutes' walk away. Edeka, various banks, pharmacies and doctors are also 5 minutes away. The Harz University of Applied Sciences is about 2.6 km, i.e. 10 to 15 minutes by bike. Alternatively, the buses depart from Rendezvous directly to the Hochschule Harz.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt von Wernigerode zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum in einer süßen Straße mit Fachwerkhäusern. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Rendezvous) sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Edeka, diverse Banken, Apotheken und Ärzte sind ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt. Zur Hochschule Harz sind es circa 2,6 km, also 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Alternativ fahren die Busse ab Rendezvous direkt zur Hochschule Harz.
Currently we are four women and study different courses - both in the Bachelor and in the Master from Marketing Managment to Business Consulting. We also like to bake and cook together, make movie or games evenings or enjoy doing sports together. : Nevertheless, everyone can also withdraw as needed and follow his hobby. We all attach great importance to order and cleanliness - with a total of 6 people this is also necessary, so we also have a cleaning plan.
We are definitely not a purpose WG, but rather a small family :)
Aktuell sind wir vier Frauen und studieren unterschiedliche Studiengänge - sowohl im Bachelor als auch im Master von Marketingmanagment bis Business Consulting. Wir backen und kochen auch gerne zusammen, machen Film- oder Spieleabende oder machen auch gerne mal gemeinsam Sport. :) Dennoch kann sich auch jeder bei Bedarf zurückziehen und seinem Hobby nachgehen. Wir legen alle viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit - bei insgesamt 6 Leuten ist das aber auch notwendig, daher haben wir auch einen Putzplan.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, sondern eher eine kleine Familie :)
In addition, a small amount for the internet and €11.08 for the radio fee every three months are also available for rent.
