Unsere Wohnung liegt super zentral und alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar:
- Der Scheck-In Center, KIT und Marktplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
- Drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Werderstraße, Augartenstraße und Kongresszentrum) sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar
- Einige Supermärkte (Lidl, Nahkauf, Italienisches Supermarkt, Rossman, Kliver) liegen ganz in der Nähe.
- Das Kino Schauburg ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – perfekt für Filmabende!
- Auch der Citypark ist gleich um die Ecke, ideal für Spaziergänge oder eine kleine Auszeit.



Our apartment is super centrally located, and everything important is within walking distance:
- The Scheck-In Center, KIT, and Marktplatz are just a few minutes away on foot.
- Three tram stops (Werderstraße, Augartenstraße, and Kongresszentrum) are reachable in about 5 minutes.
- Some supermarkets (Lidl, Nahkauf, Italian supermarket, Rossman, Kliver) are very close by.
- The cinema Schauburg is just a 3-minute walk away – perfect for movie nights!
- The city park is also right around the corner, ideal for walks or a quick break.

Hier wohnen aktuell Stoyan, Ivan und Zaharia. Ich (Ilia) ziehe am Ende Januar aus. Wir sind alle berufstätig, genießen aber die entspannte Atmosphäre in der WG. Wenn wir Zeit haben, trinken wir gerne mal zusammen ein Bier oder einen Kaffee und plaudern über alles Mögliche. Wir mögen es sauber, unkompliziert und freundlich – genau die richtige Mischung zwischen gemeinsamem WG-Leben und Zeit für sich selbst.



Currently, Stoyan, Ivan, and Zaharia live here. I (Ilia) am moving out at the end of January. We’re all working professionals but enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the flat. When we have time, we like to get together for a beer or a coffee and chat about all kinds of things. We value keeping the place clean, easygoing, and friendly – the perfect balance between shared WG life and having time for ourselves.

Wir wünschen uns einen offenen und zuverlässigen Mitbewohnerin, die/der gut zu uns passt. Egal, ob du studierst oder arbeitest – Hauptsache, du bringst eine positive Einstellung mit und kannst dich bei uns wohlfühlen.
