The apartment is located next to the Bismarckstraße subway station, Wilmersdorfer Straße, Schloß Charlottenburg and the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg are within walking distance.
Da es sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung handelt, hast du nur mich als Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin Lea, 28, Juristin und komme aus Berlin. Ich erwarte eine Person als Mitbewohner, die pünktlich zahlt und ordentlich und sauber ist. Ansonsten wünsche ich mir einen freundlichen Umgang, dass man auch mal zusammen was isst/kocht und entspannt quatschen kann, also keine reine Zweck-WG.
Since it's a two-room apartment, you'll only have me as a roommate. I am Lea, 28, a lawyer and originally from Berlin. I'm looking for a roommate who pays on time and is tidy and clean. Apart from that, I care about having a friendly atmosphere, that we can eat/cook together from time to time and have a relaxed chat, since I don't want a purely functional flat share.

The rental period is flexible and can be adjusted, but a maximum of 3 months is preferred. Good option for people doing an internship etc. in Berlin.
