I'm glad you're interested in our WG :)
Here is a lot to us, our apartment and our surroundings:

To the object:
Our WG is located on the first floor of a 9-storey house in Münster-Kinderhaus.
We have 1 large and a small bathroom, equipped with bathtub and washing machine.
Our kitchen is super equipped. We offer you a microwave, freezer, 2 refrigerators
(are shared by two people each) and plenty of storage space for your purchases.
In addition, we have a small dishwasher, which makes it much easier to wash.
In our living room there is a sofa, armchair and a small table, as well as TV. Here we go
common football, series or film watch hit.

We also have a small balcony. This is accessible via the room of Kathi, but it usually does not bother.

We have access to our own, lockable basement, as well as a common bicycle cellar.
Besides, we have an elevator, but who needs it on the first floor? Well, at least he would make it easier for you to move in.

The "Field Step Camp" bus stop is about 3 minutes walk away. With the 15 or the 16 you are in about 20-25 minutes
in the city and in 30 minutes at the main railway station. The bike takes about 20 minutes.
If you're running for two more minutes, you'll come to Idenbrockplatz. There's everything the heart desires.
A Rewe, Lidl and Aldi, as well as DM, Sparkasse and Volksbank, hairdresser, Kik, Woolworth and much more.

In the other direction is also a small place with diner shop, small kiosk that is even open on Sunday and
a small supermarket. If you have to go fast, you'll be here.


Your room:
Your room is right next to Carlo, but don't worry, it's a relatively quiet type.
It is about 12sqm tall and has a window towards the east, through which the sun shines pure during the day.
In your room there would be a folding sofa, desk, as well as two shelves to store little things. You have to talk to Luca about a hit, but it's time.

The house:
We have two friends on the 8th and 9th floor. Here parties are often celebrated, especially on occasions like New Year's Eve, Halloween, 1. May or similar is here
sure to expect a party and lots of fun.
Also cooking or games are often held here and everyone is welcome.


Your roommates:
We're Kai, Kathi and Carlo.

Kai is 23 years old and works for a financial service company and is with

Carlo is 24 years old and is currently catching up with his Abitur to study primary education in the future.

Kathi is our WG mutti with 27 years.
She works in a kindergarten in the heart of Münster, likes to watch football or football together

Luca is expected to move out on 1.5.2025, i.e. a move would be possible from 2.5.25. About the exact date you can still

The rent for your room is 356€ (warm). It covers rent, ancillary costs, internet and GEZ.
Luca would like to have a small discount for his well-maintained furniture, about which we would also have a tour of the apartment.

Hier einiges zu uns, unserer Wohnung und unserem Umfeld:

Zum Objekt:
Unsere WG liegt im ersten Stock eines 9 stöckigen Hauses in Münster-Kinderhaus.
Wir haben 1 großes und ein kleines Bad, ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Unsere Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir bieten dir eine Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, 2 Kühlschränke
(werden jeweils von zwei Personen geteilt) und jede Menge Stauraum für deine Einkäufe.
Außerdem haben wir eine kleine Spülmaschine, die den Abwasch enorm erleichtert.
In unserem Wohnzimmer steht ein Sofa, ein Sessel und ein kleiner Tisch, sowie Fernseher. Hier wird sich zum
gemeinsamen Fußball, Serie oder Film gucken getroffen.

Außerdem gibt es bei uns einen kleinen Balkon. Diese ist über das Zimmer von Kathi erreichbar, was sie aber in der Regel nicht stört.

Wir haben Zugang zu einem eigenen, abschließbaren Keller, sowie einem gemeinsamen Fahrradkeller.
Außerdem haben wir einen Aufzug, aber wer braucht den im ersten Stock schon? Naja, jedenfalls würde er dir den Einzug erleichtern :)

Die Bushaltestelle "Feldstiegenkamp" ist in etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der 15 oder der 16 bist du in etwa 20-25 Minuten
in der Stadt und in 30 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert die Strecke ungefähr 20 Minuten.
Wenn du noch 2 Minuten länger läufst, kommst du zum Idenbrockplatz. Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt.
Einen Rewe, Lidl und Aldi, sowie DM, Sparkasse und Volksbank, Friseur, Kik, Woolworth und vieles mehr.

In die andere Richtung ist auch eine kleiner Platz mit Dönerladen, kleinem Kiosk der sogar Sonntags geöffnet ist und
einem kleinen Supermarkt. Wenns mal schnell gehen muss, wirst du hier bestimmt fündig.


Dein Zimmer:
Deine Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem von Carlo, aber kein Sorge, er ist ein relativ ruhiger Typ.
Es ist etwa 12qm groß und hat ein Fenster Richtung Osten, durch das Tagsüber die Sonne rein scheint.
In deinem Zimmer wäre unter anderem ein ausklappbares Sofa, Schreibtisch, sowie zwei Regale zum verstauen von Kleinigkeiten. Über einen Abschlag müsste man mit Luca noch sprechen, aber das hat erstmal Zeit.

Das Haus:
Wir haben zwei befreundete WGs im 8. und 9. Stock. Hier werden oft Partys gefeiert, besonders bei Anlässen wie Silvester, Halloween, 1. Mai oder ähnlichem ist hier
ganz sicher mit einer Party und jede Menge Spaß zu rechnen.
Auch Koch- oder Spieleabende finden hier häufig statt und jeder ist gerne willkommen.


Deine Mitbewohner:
Wir sind Kai, Kathi und Carlo.

Kai ist 23 Jahre alt und arbeitet für ein Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen und ist bei
Fragen rund um dieses Thema der perfekte Ansprechpartner.
In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Playstation, trifft sich in der Stadt mit Freunden oder
Arbeitskollegen oder verbringt die Zeit mit seiner Freundin.

Carlo ist 24 Jahre alt und holt momentan sein Abitur nach, um in Zukunft Grundschullehramt zu studieren.
Nebenbei arbeitet er im Baumarkt am Holzzuschnitt.
Er geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio, zockt an deiner Playstation oder am PC und geht ebenfalls gerne mal einen heben.

Kathi ist mit 27 Jahren unsere WG-Mutti.
Sie arbeitet in einem Kindergarten im Herzen von Münster, schaut gerne gemeinsam Fußball oder Football
und ist jederzeit für ein Gespräch oder gemeinsames beisammen sitzen zu haben.


Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, schreib uns doch eine nette Nachricht und welches dein Lieblingsgetränk ist

Sonstiges:
Luca zieht voraussichtlich am 1.5.2025 aus, das heißt ein Einzug wäre ab dem 2.5.25 möglich. Über das genaue Datum kann man sich aber noch
bei einem persönlichen Kennenlernen unterhalten.
Die Miete für dein Zimmer beträgt 356€ (warm). Darin ist Miete, Nebenkosten, Internet und GEZ abgedeckt.
Luca hätte gerne einen kleinen Abschlag für seine gut gepflegten Möbel, darüber würden wir uns ebenfalls bei einer Besichtigung der Wohnung unterhalten.
