The room is right next to the bathroom and kitchen. There is a bed, as well as closets available. The roommate lives one floor higher in the hallway in a room but uses bathroom and kitchen. However, he is working 12 hours every day under the week. That's why the apartment is quite alone. I'm looking for a quiet tenant who needs a room in time.

Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Badezimmer und der Küche. Es steht ein Bett, sowie Schränke zur Verfügung. Der Mitbewohner wohnt eine Etage höher im Flur in einem Zimmer aber nutzt Bad und Küche mit. Er ist jedoch unter der Woche jeden Tag 12Std arbeiten. Daher hat man die Wohnung so ziemlich für sich alleine. Ich suche einen ruhigen Mieter der ein Zimmer auf Zeit braucht.
Online-besichtigungen gehen auch. Es ist schon etwas kurzfristig bis 19.5. aber ich hoffe es findet sich eine liebe Person. Auch ein Einzug ab dem 3.6.-31.7. wäre möglich.

Super good location right in the heart of Ehrenfelds. directly at the Leyendeckerstr. Ubahn. And the railway station Ehrenfeld is only 8 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a small park. Very much street type and other cool things to discover here in Ehrenfeld. Also a kiosk is right outside the door.
Super gute Lage direkt im Herzen Ehrenfelds. direkt an der Leyendeckerstr. Ubahn. Und auch der bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist nur 8min zu Fuß weg. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung und einen kleinen Park. Sehr viel Streetart und andere coole Dinge zu entdecken hier in Ehrenfeld. Auch ein Kiosk ist direkt vor der Tür.
