WG Zimmer in Reudnitz

Die Wohnung ist super nah am Zentrum, in Leipzig Reudnitz und in der Nähe ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, was das Herz begehrt. Kaufland, Penny, die nächste Tramstation, Apotheke, Döner und Falafel, alles in 5min erreichbar. Zum Hauptcampus der Uni geht's zum Beispiel auch in 10 min mit dem Rad oder mit der Tram zum Augustusplatz.

Lena studiert Linguistik an der Uni Leipzig und ist sonst noch viel unterwegs, bei der Arbeit, beim Orchester, beim Musikunterricht oder bei der nächsten Pommesbude. Maik ist vollzeitbeschäftigt im kommunalen Klimaschutz und auch regelmäßig unterwegs, wenn er nicht gerade mit seiner neuen PS5 zockt.

Das WG Leben ist super entspannt, wir würden uns freuen, wenn du eine offene, kommunikative Person bist und auch Lust hast, mal was gemeinsam zu machen. Natürlich haben wir dann auch Verständnis dafür, wenn du dich auch einfach mal zurückziehen möchtest. Ansonsten haben wir einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, wo wir uns wöchentlich mit den Aufgaben abwechseln. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn es in der Woche nicht so laut werden würde, da Maik immer früh aufstehen muss. 🙂

Hello there,

we are Lena (she/her) and Maik (he/him), both 24 years old and we have a room available in our shared flat from the first of March 2025 on (unfurnished), where of course someone else is currently living.

The apartment is very close to the city center, in Leipzig Reudnitz and everything you need is within walking distance. Kaufland, Penny, the nearest tram station, pharmacy, kebab and falafel, all within 5 minutes. You can also get to the uni by bike or by tram in 10'.

Lena studies linguistics at Leipzig University and is also out and about a lot, at work, at the orchestra, at music lessons or at the nearest chip shop. Maik works full-time in city climate protection and is also regularly out and about when he's not playing with his new PS5.

The shared flat life is super relaxed, we would be happy if you are an open, communicative person and also feel like doing something together. Of course, we also understand if you just want to withdraw from time to time. Otherwise, we have a joint cleaning plan where we take turns with the tasks on a weekly basis. It would also be great if it wasn't so loud during the week, Maik always has to get up early within the week. 🙂
