I have been working as an engineer in an indefinite permanent position at Knorr-Bremse in Munich for two years. Since my current apartment has become too small, I am looking for a larger and more beautiful apartment.

The apartment should have 2–3 rooms and are centrally located in Munich – ideally in the north, e.g. in Schwabing, Maxvorstadt, Nymphenburg or Lehel. The warm rental should not exceed €1,700.

Shortly to me: I am 27 years old, non-smoking, have no pets and play no instruments. I'm athletic and a quiet tenant. I'd go to the apartment alone.

ich arbeite seit zwei Jahren als Ingenieur in unbefristeter Festanstellung bei der Knorr-Bremse in München. Da meine aktuelle Wohnung zu klein geworden ist, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer größeren und schöneren Wohnung.

Die Wohnung sollte 2–3 Zimmer haben und zentral in München liegen – idealerweise im Norden, z. B. in Schwabing, Maxvorstadt, Nymphenburg oder Lehel. Die Warmmiete sollte 1.700 € nicht überschreiten.

Noch kurz zu mir: Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, Nichtraucher, habe keine Haustiere und spiele keine Instrumente. Ich bin sportlich aktiv und ein ruhiger Mieter. In die Wohnung würde ich allein einziehen.
