The apartment is located in Speckbacherstraße, close to the clinic, super central and well connected.
Die Wohnung ist in der Speckbacherstraße, nah an der Klinik, super zentral und gut angebunden.
Your roommates are Leaf (no pronouns or they/them, 24), Gnocchi (they/her, 5, but she is a dog so she doesn't care) and Verena (they/her, 29). We are well friends and have lived together for 4 years. We like to cook and eat together, otherwise we are also very friendly and open for joint activities, from cinema to hiking to demos or just craft together.
Leaf works 4 days a week, Verena 3 days but mainly at home office.
You are not responsible for Gnocchi, but she is a small cuddly mouse and is happy, if you like to spend time with her.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Leaf (keine Pronomen oder they/them, 24), Gnocchi (sie/ihr, 5, aber sie ist ein Hund also ist ihr das auch egal) und Verena (sie/ihr, 29). Wir sind gut befreundet und haben schon 4 Jahre zusammen gewohnt. Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen, sind ansonsten auch sehr gesellig und offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, von Kino über wandern bis Demos oder einfach gemeinsam basteln.
Leaf arbeitet 4 Tage die Woche, Verena 3 Tage aber das vor allem im Homeoffice.
Für Gnocchi bist du zwar nicht verantwortlich, aber sie ist eine kleine Kuschelmaus und freut sich, wenn du auch gerne Zeit mit ihr verbringst.
The apartment has a lot of storage space and a utility room/washing room. The balcony is accessible via the kitchen and invites you to sunbathe from afternoon until sunset.
Die Wohnung verfügt über sehr viel Stauraum und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum/Wäschekammerl. Der Balkon ist über die Küche zugänglich und lädt ab nachmittags bis zum Sonnenuntergang zum Sonnenbaden ein.
