Ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer in der Baderstraße 3/3a. Wir wohnen im obersten Geschoss des Hauses und haben eine geräumige Wohnung. Mein Zimmer ist das Größte und Hellste in der Wohnung. Das Wohnhaus liegt direkt in der Innenstadt am Marktplatz, weshalb alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist, trotzdem bekommt man Nachts keinen Straßenlärm mit. Geschlecht und Alter für einen Nachmieter sind egal, da es eine Zweck-WG ist. Dennoch ist die Stimmung immer sehr entspannt und harmonisch mit meinen Mitbewohnern. Bei Interesse melde dich gerne! :)
