Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, sodass Bett und Schrank mitgebracht werden müssen. Allerdings habe ich noch einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, den ich gerne zur Verfügung stelle.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern und verfügt über einen großzügigen, vollständig eingerichteten Wohnbereich. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, eine Badewanne, ein separates WC und eine Loggia.
Die Lage ist ideal: Direkt an der U6-Station und nur ca. 7 Minuten bis Spittelau (U4). Die Straßenbahnlinien 37 und 38 halten direkt vor der Haustür, während die Linien D und 5 nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind. Zudem gibt es Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen – sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts.
Ich suche nach einem/einer Mitbewohner/in, mit dem/der ich mich gut verstehe und nicht nur eine Zweck-WG aufziehe. Ordentlichkeit ist mir wichtig, aber ich möchte auch eine entspannte Atmosphäre schaffen. Ich bin offen für alles und würde mich freuen, dich kennenzulernen und dann zu sehen, ob wir zusammenpassen.
