DEUTSCH:
Da ich ausziehe, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG. Die Lage ist zentral: Die Bushaltestelle für die Linien 105 und 107 zur Uni ist in einer Minute erreichbar, und die Hochschule liegt nur 10–15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Unsere WG ist eher ruhig, Aparna und Damla sind freundlich und entspannt. Dein Zimmer ist bereits möbliert, und über den Preis für die Möbel können wir gerne verhandeln.
Die Wohnung bietet ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine kleine Küche. Rewe und Aldi sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Since I am moving out, we are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment (WG). The location is central: the bus stop for lines 105 and 107 to the university is just a minute away, and the university of applied sciences is only a 10–15 minute walk.
Our WG is relatively quiet, Aparna and Damla are friendly and relaxed. Your room is already furnished, and we can negotiate the price for the furniture.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a shared bathroom, and a small kitchen. Both Rewe and Aldi are within walking distance.
