Ich vermiete ein helles, ruhiges 25qm Zimmer in meiner 2-er WG. Das Zimmer hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt auf einer eigenen Etage. Es hat keine direkten Nachbarn und im Hinterhof ist es sehr ruhig gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Zusätzlich zu den Möbeln auf den Fotos gibt es inzwischen noch einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal.
Die Küche ist auch sehr geräumig aber noch nicht fototauglich.

I am renting out a bright, quiet 25 square metre room in my shared flat for 2 people. The room has a separate entrance and is on its own floor. There are no direct neighbours and the backyard is very quiet.
The room is furnished. In addition to the furniture in the photos, there is now also a desk and a shelf.
The kitchen is also very spacious but not yet photo-ready.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof in einem kleinen ruhigen Kiez hinter dem Ostkreuz. Der lebendige Friedrichshain-Kiez ist nur 10min fussläuflig mit vielen Shops, Bars und den Boxhagener Platz. In der Nähe ist auch die Rummelsburger Bucht die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Außerdem befindet sich ganz um die Ecke das Fitness-Center Holmes Place.

The flat is located in a backyard in a small, quiet neighbourhood behind Ostkreuz. The lively Friedrichshain neighbourhood is only a 10-minute walk away with many shops, bars and Boxhagener Platz. Nearby is also the Rummelsburger Bucht which invites you to go for a walk on the water. The Holmes Place fitness centre is also just around the corner.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hat. Da mein Zimmer nahe an Küche und Badezimmer liegen, ist es mir wichtig, dass nach 23 Uhr kein Lärm mehr gemacht wird.
Parties und Hangouts sind in der Wohnung nicht möglich.
Ich bin an den Wochenenden meistens nicht da, sodass du die Wohnung dann für dich alleine hast.
