My name is Maximilian Moschko, am 19 years old, and look as frueh as possible a WG or a 1 room apartment.
I usually get spoken with "Max" or "Maxi" but you can choose how you want to call me.
About me:
I'm open, tidy and cook sometimes I like something. I am always very helpful in the household.
For a good conversation, I am always to have.
I'd like to drink again and again and again, of course, to celebrate.
I like listening to music, preferably electric (Also House, Techno, GOA etc.) and Rap.
I've got a fair deal with the people around me.


What I'm looking for:
In the ideal case, I am looking for a rent of up to 600€ warm. Besides, I would appreciate it if a washing machine is already available. A dishwasher is not necessary, I also like to wash by hand.
It's best to have a balcony, as I'm a smoker. I never smoke in the room!
Besides, I don't have a car, i.e. I don't need something like a parking lot.

Angesprochen werde ich meistens mit "Max" oder "Maxi" aber da könnt Ihr euch aussuchen wie Ihr mich nennen wollt.
Über mich:
Ich bin offen, ordentlich und Koche hin und wieder auch mal gerne etwas. Im Haushalt bin ich auch immer sehr Hilfsbereit.
Für ein gutes Gespräch bin ich auch immer zu haben.
Alkohol trinke ich gern hin und wieder, natürlich meißtens beim feiern.
Ich höre sehr gerne Musik, am liebsten Elektro (Also House, Techno, GOA usw.) und Rap.
Dazu habe ich einen hoeflichen Umgang mit den Leuten um mich rum.


Was ich suche:
Im ideal Fall suche ich etw. mit einer Miete von bis zu 600€ Warm. Außerdem würde ich es sehr begrüßen wenn eine Waschmaschine schon vorhanden ist. Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht nötig, ich spüle auch gern mal per Hand.
Am besten auch etwas mit Balkon, da ich leider Raucher bin. Im Zimmer rauche ich nie!
Außerdem habe ich noch kein Auto, d.h. so etwas wie einen Parkplatz brauche ich nicht.
